Perfect for me

Perfect location for me, very well connected with public transportation. Nice place, roomy, and with a good atmosphere. There was everything I needed, and the owner promptly answered my requests. I will come again when I need to go back to Rome. Thank you Valentina

A Roma per lavoro

Ho soggiornato a casa di Valentina per motivi di lavoro per 6 mesi. La zona è tranquilla ma ricca di opportunità, lontana dal centro ma facilmente raggiungibile grazie a metro e bus a poca distanza (bus 2 minuti a piedi e metro un po' più di 10). La casa non era perfettamente pulita al nostro arrivo e le dotazioni della cucina un po' datata. Nonostante ciò il soggiorno è stato piacevole, per periodi anche lunghi è sicuramente consigliato!!!

We had a lovely stay in this location. It was easy to catch a bus and then hop on the Metro.

The property owner was wonderful. We enjoyed the nice location and the spacious rooms. There was plenty of room for three adults to spread out and have a little space to themselves. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Appartement pratique. À 15-20mn du centre en métro.

Pas loin du métro. Prendre viale Tireno les escaliers à gauche (attention ça grimpe!) puis à droite via Brennero puis via Carnaro puis à gauche via Peralba traverser la via Adriatico et à droite point d'arrivée via Palmaria 4. Appartement en rdc calme, pratique mais oui, il manque de l'équipement pour le petit déjeuner (Valentina : penser à équiper d'une bouilloire plus grande). Nos bonnes adresses du quartier : le glacier et la Piazzeta di Montesacro via Nomentana 65 (pâtes maison, très bonnes pizzas et l'un des meilleurs Tiramissu maison de Rome à notre avis !). Supermarché tout à côté de l'appartement. Merci Valentina pour nous avoir attendu, pour l'accueil et les bières à l'arrivée ! Christine

SEJOUR MITIGE

Malgré le charme de l'appartement, le fait du problème d'eau chaude ( douche écossaise) et pas d'eau chaude dans la cuisine,récurrent tout le séjour (5 nuits) le manque de vaisselle et accessoires pour cuisiner et surtout la cafetière individuelle pour 6 et 1 mini bouilloire, les petits déjeuners ont été gâchés par tous ces détails. Quand on loue on appartement pour 6 , on mets 1 cafetière pour 12 et un e bouilloire minimum 1l. c'est au mieux un appartement pour 4.

Good location. 90 bus into Termini also goes to Zoo! Easy access to metro then to all locations and tourist sights. Good local shops, market, coffee places and restaurants within 2 - 5 minutes walk! Conca D'oro metro is more than 5 minutes walk! But still accessible (without cases)! Apartment is comfortable and modern. Beds for 6! We found kitchen equipment let it down - very few cooking utensils to make meals with the lovely ingredients bought in the market and lovely local fishmonger! Not enough cups for 4 people so phoned Valentino and she brought round some new ones. A couple of new pans and some extra utensils would give it 5 stars! We will definitely stay again when visiting family in Rome.

Leider nicht wie erwartet. Dunkel und feucht . Sauberkeit war mangelhaft. Wasser entweder heiß oder kalt , heißes wasser nur ein winziger Strahl . Geschirr, Töpfe und Besteck in mangelhaftem Zustand.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren im August in der Ferienwohnung. Sie bietet alles was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Genau so eingerichtet wie die Bilder es zeigen. Ruhige Wohngegend mit sehr guter Anbindung an die Metro ( 10 min. zu Fuß ). Viele kleinere Geschäfte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Man kann von hier aus sehr gut Rom erkunden.

Très beau logement à Rome

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Rome fin juin. L'appartement est très agréable, spacieux, confortable et protégé de la chaleur. Le quartier est très accueillant et tout est à proximité. Nous avons été reçus par une hôte très accueillante. Encore merci.

It was wonderful to stay in this beautiful house, modern design and comfortable, in a central and surrounded the neighborhood with colorful local market, local, and beautiful meetings, the modern underground gold-basin meter and the numerous buses and trolleybuses have allowed us to easily visit the rest of the city, it was nice in the evening, however, enjoy the quiet and the smell of flowers for active relaxation, thanks for everything will be back one day

Vraiment super!!!

Nous avons apprécié cet appartement situé dans une résidence calme, non loin de petits commerces et identique à l'annonce déposé. Il est très pratique et le Wifi a ravi les enfants qui ont pu suivre leurs émissions le soir même s'il y a la TV . Bonne communication avec la propriétaire. Nous sommes ravis de notre location qui est non loin du métro et permet de visiter Rome rapidement.
