The name "Fence Houses" has to do with the nearby College of Santo Agostinho, dated 1593, and today's Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences of Coimbra University.
They are two individual houses, with singular characteristics, that can be joined together and rented as one.
The first house, nº8, has a room with 1 double bed, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom.
The second, nº10, has a room with a double bed, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom.
Both situated on the top floor of the building, they were designed taking advantage of the roof wood material.
