This apartment is ideal for all those people who want to stay in the countryside but close to the cities, for people who love walking , running, ride bicycles and explore the surrounding doing trekking. During summer , from June until the end of August guests will have a little private swimming pool, 4mt X 2mt. There is also a gym, but it’s not included in the price.

We had a wonderful time! This property is fantastic in every way: a wonderful setting, beautiful gardens, lovely furnishings, warm and friendly host, and beautiful surroundings. I wish we could have stayed longer!

From even before we arrived the host was excellent, most helpful with each detail of our trip. On arriving Milva's Nest we were completely amazed at the property and the house. It is a very peaceful place with lots of nature around and the house has everything you would need to make your stay very comfortable and enjoyable. It is more beautiful than what you imagine! The host has thought of everything and is exceedingly kind with anything extra you could require. We will make sure we keep coming back whenever we get the chance. It was truly a wonderful experience to stay at Milva's Nest, in the middle of nature and let's not forget the two cats, who only add to the place's charm and become fast friends if you let them :)

An oasis of calm and beauty

Milva’s Nest Botto is a haven of tranquility set in a gorgeous and restorative garden with a 360 degree view over the Umbrian landscape. I only spent two nights here, but wished I could have stayed longer. The host and her family are very welcoming. The apartment is beautifully appointed and Simona has thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The four-legged members of the family also greet you and make you feel at home. Outside of Orvieto, but easy to get back to, Milva’s Nest Botto is the ideal place to watch the sun set, the moon rise and and to smell the roses (literally). Thank you for a lovely couple of evenings!

I think you can have here all you need for a perfect stay, silence, pool, a beautiful garden only for you and if you want also a gym , isolated but close to the city and train station.
