This beautiful ranch home features a spacious open floor plan with stunning white marble floors throughout and a modern white kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. This property is conveniently located off the 11th tee box of the beautiful Hibiscus Golf Course.

Brand new pool and spa built in 2021 for your enjoyment! Master suite features a private access to a large screened pool/laniai, double sink vanity and 2 walk in closets with ample room for storage, and a oversized updated tile shower.

This spacious 2100 square foot home is furnished with Tommy Bahama style furniture, modern beach decor, and features 2 living rooms. This home is well equipped with wifi internet and 3 TVs for your enjoyment.

There are 2 guest bedrooms each equipped with a queen size bed and shared guest bathroom.

Beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella are available to renters.

This home is around 5 miles from Naples beautiful sandy white beaches, Naples Pier, and exclusive 5th Avenue shopping and fine dining. Also, just a couple blocks away from Naples Pickleball Center-East Naples Park on 3500 Thomasson Rd in Naples which is home to the Minto US Open Pickleball Championships held Apr 13, 2024 - Apr 20, 2024.

Clean & Convenient Naples rental house

The house was exactly as pictured. Very clean, updated bathrooms and kitchen. The location convenient for golf and getting to downtown Naples. Would rent again!

Great location, manager, and house!

We stayed here for 2.5 months and loved it. The new pool and spa with covered Lenai are awesome. We used them everyday. The house is spa ious and comfortable. The property manager was very flexible with us and was always available if we needed him. Great rental all around.

Great Naples Location

We enjoyed staying at this Lely Golf Estates property for the month of February. The location is convenient to many of the Naples activities. And once back to the house we could enjoy the new spa & pool.

Great Spot

Nice location overlooking a fairway. Quiet. Peaceful. House is very organized. Clean. All modern conveniences. Use of garage is great in Florida sun. Bathrooms and kitchen completely redone (2021). Caretaker very responsive. Highly recommend this as a vacation home.
