Zell am See-Kaprun is where the mountains meet the lake.
The beautiful villages of Zell am See and Kaprun lie in the Pinzgau region of Salzburgerland, boasting year-round adventures. Mountains, lakes, rivers, and pristine nature are a natural paradise.
The village of Zell am See sits on the beautiful glacier lake Zell (Zeller See) nestled under the Schmittenhöhe Mountain. The traffic-free Altstadt is a lovely spot to spend the day browsing through the shops or eating at one of the lovely restaurants and cafes.
Kaprun sits in the valley of the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier, surrounded by mountains and lush valleys, and is part of the Hohe Tauern National Park. The park was established in 1981 and covers a landscape of high mountains, deep valleys and lakes more than 1800 km.
In Summer, Zell am See-Kaprun offer amazing summer activities- leisurely walks, hiking, biking, golfing and water sports- all with a backdrop of a breathtaking panorama.
In Kaprun, The Maiskogel and Kitzsteinhorn mountains, Sigmund Thun Klamm and The High Alpine Reservoirs provide breathtaking scenery and a multitude of different walks and hikes.
From the summit of Zell am See’s Schmittenhöhe Mountain, you will be amazed at the views down to glistening Lake Zell and up to thirty 3,000m mountains can be seen, including Kitzsteinhorn, Groβglockner and Groβvenediger of the Hohe Tauren Range and to the east the Steinernes Meer.
Krimml Waterfalls (Europe’s highest waterfall) and the High Alpine Grossglockner Mountain Road are only a short journey from Zell am See-Kaprun.
In the winter, Zell am See-Kaprun is a world-class ski resort catering to all abilities. The local resorts of Kitzsteinhorn (100% snow guarantee Oct- early summer), Schmittenhöhe and Familienberg Maiskogel offer over 138km of perfectly groomed pistes. In addition, the Ski Circus at Saalbach/Hinterglemm and the Höchkonig Ski Resort at Maria Alm can be reached within 30 minutes by car.

Apartment Bebette is a one-bedroom apartment that is located in the centre of Kaprun.
The apartment is perfect for couples or families. The double pull-out Murphy bed in the living room is comfortable and can be easily put away.
The pine-panelled living room evokes that Gemutlich Alpine charm, and the balcony provides views of the Mountains.
Apartment Bebette is within walking distance of the new Kaprun Centre and MK Maiskogelbahn – where the gondola transports you up to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier.

Also, there are many restaurants, vibrant bars and cafes all within walking distance of your doorstep. You’ll also find a bakery, shops, banks and grocery stores in the village.

Transport is easy- you can park your car for free at the Apartment. Otherwise, a Bus stop and free Ski Bus (in winter) is located steps from the apartment.
