Sundowner Ferring short stay

We had a fantastic 6 nights here, the location is amazing facing the sea, and for us was walking distance to family. The owner was very accommodating and arranged non feather bedding and was super responsive throughout. I will definitely come again - better than similar places in the area.

Great break by the sea

We had a fantastic stay and the accommodation was even better than we expected from the listing. Just awesome so be able to have a sea view sitting in the lounge and inspired to walk along the promenade each day. Matt was a great host and super helpful.

Lovely apartment

Lovely, well equipped apartment in a very quiet area. A path along the seafront leads to The Bluebird Cafe, good for takeaways or for a meal looking out to sea. The beach is mainly shingle with sand at low tide.

Seaside relaxation

I booked this apartment mainly for a work retreat and it was perfect. It’s stylish and comfortable with lovely views. It was also a great place for relaxation - walking beside the sea (the path is just outside the garden gate) and exploring the surrounding towns and countryside. There’s a lovely beachside cafe within 10 minutes walk from the apartment, and another within 20 minutes walk.

Amazing Condo with fantastic ocean view

We had a fantastic week in this beautiful apartment. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped, we don‘t miss anything. Special thanks to Matt for his great tips and the easy way to connect. We will definitely come back.

Just perfect

We have stayed in many properties in and around Worthing in the last year in order to spend time with our family who live in Worthing and without doubt this is definitely the best by a long way. The location is wonderful with views of the sea. The apartment was spotless and every detail taken into account including dressing gowns. On-site parking which is a massive bonus for this area. Matt the owner was on hand at all times. Excellent customer service. We loved it so much we booked an extra night. We will definitely return.

Central starting point for southern England

We stayed in this amazing house with direct sea view for almost one weak. From there we started our south England discovery tour with famous places like Stonehenge, Salisbury and Brighton. As well we went one day to London by train, starting from Worthing, which is only 15 minutes from the location. If we mattered with something, Matt was always ready to support us. During bad weather conditions, the house has enough space to stay for some hours with the kids. We already discussed to come back to this beautiful place.

Herrliche Wohnung mit Blick aufs Meer

Tolle Wohnung in der wir vom Esstisch aus aufs Meer blicken konnten. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und frisch und die Küche ist für einen Urlaub super ausgestattet. Der Vermieter hatte eine Flasche Wein und Milch als Willkommens-Gruß bereitgestellt, was wirklich sehr nett war. Und auch seine Auskünfte waren sehr freundlich, ausführlich und zutreffend. Kommen gerne wieder ☀️

Ruhiges Domizil in der Nähe von Brighton

Perfekte und exquisite Unterkunft! Die Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet, blitzsauber und sehr ruhig. Matt war ein hervorragender Gastgeber, dem das Wohlbefinden der Gäste am Herzen lag. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Das Meer ist direkt vom Fenster aus zu sehen und man kann sehr leicht den Strand erreichen. Zu Fuß erreichbar gibt es wunderbare Restaurants und kleine Lebensmittelläden. Über ruhigere Straßen gibt es eine Anbindung an den Fahrradweg auf der Promenade nach Brighton, dorthin sind es etwa 18 Meilen.

Schöne Zeit

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in Ferring verbracht. Das Apartment war wie im Inserat beschrieben, es war alles vorhanden was im Urlaub so braucht. Der Kontakt zu Matt war sehr nett und ein kleines Problem war schnell gelöst. Seine Tipps zu Ausflugszielen und Restaurants waren prima! Wir können "Sundowner " auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Wunderschönes Apartment

Matt ist ein super Gastgeber und das Apartment hat alles was man für eine Ferienwoche braucht. Die Nähe zum Meer war wunderbar und wir hätten sie gerne mehr genutzt. Leider war das Wetter während unseres Aufenthalts eher bescheiden. Dafür kann aber Matt natürlich nichts ;-) Alle Tipps die er uns für die Region gegeben hat, waren super. Er war sehr engagiert und hat uns auch gleich Ersatz für die die defekte Kaffeemaschine besorgt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und es gab ausreichend Handtücher und sogar Bademäntel. Eine Bootsfahrt auf dem Arundel lohnt sich. Dort haben wir sogar einen Seehund gesehen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Perfektes Haus in perfekter Lage

Vom Parkplatz über den Schlüsselsafe war bei der Anreise vorab alles genaustens erklärt. Das Haus ist in absolut ruhiger Lage perfekt ausgestattet. Vier Fernseher (wer es braucht) waren genauso vorhanden, wie Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Herd, Backofen, und und und. Die Aussicht und die Entfernung zum Meer (Kiesstrand) ist der Hammer. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die liebevolle Einrichtung.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir waren 1 Woche in Ferring in der Unterkunft von Matt und seiner Familie. Die Unterkunft war absolut sauber und lässt keinerlei Wünsche offen. Es war alles vorhanden was man alltäglich braucht. Die Wohnung ist neuwertig und modern und wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Matt und seine Familie waren zufällig zur selben Zeit in der Wohnung neben uns. Die Familie ist sehr herzlich und freundlich und waren immer offen für unsere Fragen. Das absolute Highlight war der Blick aus dem Fenster direkt aufs Meer, welches nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt ist. Man kann sich am morgen wunderbar mit einer Tasse Kaffee auf eine der Bänke vor dem Haus direkt am Meer setzen und den Ausblick genießen, oder vielleicht abends bei Sonnenuntergang mit einem Getränk. Die Umgebung ist wunderbar und man kann kilometerlang am Strand entlang spazieren gehen. Es gibt genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel die nicht weit entfernt sind. Wir werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen und geben volle Punkte für die gesamte Zeit dort.

Perfekt ausgestattet, perfekt gelegen, perfekter Host!!!

Tolle Lage, toller Schnitt der Wohnung, alles sehr sauber und extrem gut - nämlich vollständig - ausgestattet (es fehlte NICHTS!); dazu noch fantastische Tipps von Matt machten diesen Urlaub für uns zu etwas ganz Besonderem!!! Der Strand ist direkt vor dem Garten, dazwischen nur ein kleiner Fußweg. Für Kinder super, man braucht keine Angst vor Autos zu haben. Aus dem Wohnzimmer hat man einen Blick aufs Meer, bei schlechtem Wetter ist die Wohnung auch gemütlich warm und man hat Fernseher und genug Platz und ein nettes Blue Bird Café ganz nah. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Sommerfrische mit britischem Charme

Wir fanden sofort Erholung mit Aussicht auf den Ärmelkanal. Ein kleines Örtchen mit britischem Flair, zwischen Brighton und Littlehampton im Süden von England. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, mit Charme und modern ausgestattet. Alle Geräte funktionierten. Es war wie im Angebot, mit direktem Zugang zum Strand. Ein Ausflug nach Arundel Castle mit seinen Gärten sind Empfehlungen vom Gastgeber. Auch der Pub Black Rabbit war sehr geschmackvoll. - Alles in Allem ein freudiger Urlaub!!! Sehr zu Empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder:-)

Wonderful location, great accommodation

The appartment is perfectly situated near the beach with no roads to cross. Our children were able to play in the garden also which was an added bonus. The walk along the beach is very nice as well as the local FishΧps. The appartment is newly renovated, very clean, very well decorated, and fully equipped with anything we needed. We really appreciated the large living spaces, the appartment receives lots of light and there are the views from the living spaces. The area is really quiet and peaceful. We liked the welcoming pack as well which is a lovely touch and very useful. From Matt we received extensive information about where to eat, what to do, and Matt answered our queries readily. We highly recommend and woud be happy to go back ourselves, especially as a family with young children.

Excellent property

This home is exactly as pictured online. The view of the sea is beautiful from the kitchen and lounge windows. The rooms are clean and comfortable and we felt at home instantly. The host was easy to get a hold of and great to deal with. We weren’t able to figure out how to use the tv in the lounge, but we didn’t travel here to watch tv, anyway! Thanks for a really nice place to stay.

An excellent apartment by the sea.

We had a great time here and will surely come again. This ground-floor apartment is light, spacious and well-appointed and (as has already been mentioned) “with all mod cons”. The beach is just a few yards away and there’s a beach-front café a short walk along the coastal path. Excellent.!!
