Welcome to my home!

Centrally located to enjoy everything the city has to offer.

This apartment can sleep up to 6 people comfortably.

Fitted with a comfy sofa-bed, unwind in the living room after a busy day of exploring Porto. The flat also has multiple windows throughout the space, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight and city views from the comfort of your home!

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The bedrooms include a king-size beds, bunk beds and multiple storage spaces.

The flat is always professionally cleaned for your health and safety.

The street offers free parking, subject to availability.

Guests will have the entire place for themselves during the stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Porto is an amazing city to explore on foot, with many attractions within walking distance. The home is ideally situated in a prime spot, surrounded by endless choices for drinks and dining. Enjoy the local cuisine and several international restaurants as well!

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

Perfect flat for a stay in Porto. Clean and spacious. I stayed with a friend and it was great to have a bedroom and bathroom each. There are two balconies so you can have the sun all day - a lovely suprise. And aircon in each room if you have too much sun. About 10/ 15 minutes walk to the commercial district/ old town. Would absolutely return!

The apartment is very comfortable, and it's within walking distance to the old town. Having two bathrooms is a plus, if travelling with a larger group, or if more independence is needed. The apartment would benefit from adding small details in order for guests to feel cozy. It is very cold in terms of ambience and atmosphere, and a few plants, even if they're plastic ones, warm lights and lamps, and basic utensils such as kitchen paper, kitchen cloths were added, would make the apartment cozier and enjoyable. Cleanliness requires improvement, as the apartment wasn't in great condition as we expected. We had to clean bathroom floor and kitchen handles, as they had hand prints on them and around. It wasn't a mess, but it felt the apartment had been clean in a rush. The day after our check-in, we required cleaning, and no one cleaned it, this was, maybe, due to being Sunday. Overall, we had a good stay, but we lacked a personal touch, and the attention to detail. It felt like this is an apartment to make money out of it, without really thinking of guests well-being and their feeling of warmth and comfort. I would look for alternatives in the event of returning to the beautiful city of Porto.

L’endroit grand et est super bien situé! Tout est a proximité et ce fait à pied! Seul mini hic est l’odeur d’humidité dans la chambre des maitres dû a un dégât d’eau au plancher..

This apartment felt new. In a modern building with elevator, and plenty of room to move around. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was great -- slightly off the heavy tourist area but nothing was more than a 20 minute walk away, which we enjoyed. We felt completely comfortable throughout. I'd return.
