Alpes IV is a two-bedroom apartment designed for a comfortable stay of up to four guests. The master double bedroom opens onto a south-facing balcony, offering impressive views of the Mont Blanc range. The second bedroom provides flexibility, accommodating either twin or double configurations. Both rooms provide plenty of storage.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, teapot, and toaster. The living room features comfortable seating for up to four guests, a dining area, and modern amenities like a Fiber-optic Livebox, HD TV (including Netflix), Hi-Fi system, English channels, and an HD DVD player. The balcony, which is also accessible from the living room, offers an extra opportunity to appreciate the views and come with outside seating.

The bathroom is equipped with a bath and shower, dual basins, and practical appliances including a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a separate WC with a washbasin.

Alpes IV’s location near the bus and train station allows easy access to the valleys cable cars. Secure basement parking, with an optional second space upon request, and a ski locker cater to the needs of outdoor enthusiasts.

**The location**

Apartment Alpes IV benefits from a central Chamonix location, less than a minute’s walk from the pedestrianised high street, yet in a quiet building, set back and facing the mountains. In Chamonix you will find every amenity with superb restaurants, cafés and bars as well as supermarkets, shops and ski/board/boot hire shops. The bus stop for the free Chamonix Valley bus service is under a 5 minute walk from the apartment, as is the train station. From here there are regular buses giving easy access to all the excellent ski areas the valley has to offer. The famous Aiguille du Midi lift, taking you up to 3842m and giving spectacular views of Mont Blanc can be seen from the balcony and is also just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. A fantastic and convenient location for anyone looking to make the most of everything Chamonix has to offer.

**What’s Included**

Self-catered bookings include linen and towels based on the standard guest configuration. If your apartment features a sofa bed and you require additional linen to accommodate maximum occupancy, a supplementary linen fee of €25 will apply. The rate also includes end-of-stay cleaning and the local taxe de séjour (tourist tax), which provides access to a Carte d’Hôtes. This card grants complimentary use of local trains and discounts on museum admissions and other attractions.

Standard check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with check-out required by 10:00 AM. Please note that late arrivals may incur additional charges. If your apartment permits pets, additional fees apply. Dogs are charged at €15 per night per dog; however, cats are not permitted in any Alpes Agency apartments.

**Payment terms and Cancellation**

To confirm the booking, you must pay 10% of the total cost. Along with the accommodation fee, you will be charged a local tourist tax of 4.6 euros per adult per night. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the provided card 30 days before your arrival. You will receive an email notification prior to the balance being charged.

If you cancel your booking via email up to 30 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund. However, within 30 days of arrival, the booking becomes non-refundable.

Please note that a temporary damage deposit of €250 will be charged on the day of arrival and held for the duration of the stay. The deposit will be released upon check-out.
