Borgo Casa Di Lappi is a lovely vacation rental with shared pool and air conditioning. The country resort has a total of seven independent units. The property can accommodate up to 30 guests comfortably in 12 bedrooms with eight bathrooms. Conveniently located 630 m (2059 ft) from Casalappi, Italy in the tourist area "Grosseto - Maremma" and only 105 km (65 mi) from Pisa.

The property is composed of 5 buildings for a total of 40 apartments (120 people), but just 7 of them are directly managed by us.

After arriving you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property ideal for a relaxing holiday in Tuscany. For your pleasure you will find a pool where you can relax while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a hectic day of shopping. For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a barbecue grill, patio and tennis court. Each unit has its own private living area with a kitchen with plenty of utensils, tableware and cutlery, a bedroom and bathroom. A lot of people traveling with friends prefer a multi-unit holiday rental where they can spend time together in the common areas, such as the pool or garden, but still have their own private living quarters.

Borgo Casa Di Lappi is a beautiful property that has a total of seven private apartments that is conveniently located 630 m (2059 ft) from Casalappi, Italy in the tourist area "Grosseto - Maremma" and only 105 km (65 mi) from Pisa. Borgo Casa Di Lappi, among other amenities, includes also air conditioning and pool.

Villa (70sq m) is a two-bedroom unit with two bathrooms that is built on one level and can sleep up to six guests. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).

There is a kitchen including coffee machine and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to six guests.
