You’ll more than enjoy your accommodations and be very glad you chose to stay here. Your apartment is well appointed, comfortable and extremely clean. Original art floods the walls. The garden area is lush, quiet and relaxing with sunshine filtering through a canopy of 200 year old oak trees overhead. Comfortable outdoor sofa and accent chairs as well as a patio table and chairs set with a backdrop of Giant Birds of Paradise and thick bushy palms. The cafe lights walk with you from your car to apartment. A private gem walking distance to everything. Private off street parking and fully stocked washer and dryer. Beach chairs, huge beach towels, beach bag, boogie boards, innertubes, snorkels…. Dog shower. New mattresses and smart TVs with all of the movie channels.

Lovely little suite in a convenient location to downtown activities and the waterfront. Appreciated the fine art displayed, which gave it a homey atmosphere. Nice outdoor area.

Host went above and beyond to help us find tennis courts. Condo was very small if you are wanting to prep food - limited counter space. Limited kitchen dishes - two bowls, no cutting board. Outdoor space is shared - and the only table is outside. The area is pet friendly… and there was dog poop next to table for several days, very off putting to eat next to. The outdoor furniture needs a refresh. I was cold at night - limited bedding. This is a downstairs unit - and there is a rental above which can be very noisy when they walk around. Location was good. Lots of beach gear - towels, chairs, etc. Laundry on site is a perk.

Paradise close to everything we wanted.

We wouldnt in there long, but we enjoyed coming back after a long walk and dinner at St Armand Circle to a nice quiet little nest.

The highlight of this mini vacation trip was the host Christie, she was very helpful and communicative. Telling me all kind of info for our trip. The apartment was clean, spacious and perfect for a couple. a nice patio to chat and relax after a long day. Very good restaurants around, walking distance and the beach is beautiful. We went to see the sunset and it is spectacular.

Excellent overnight stay!

Our host went above and beyond. The place was clean, quiet and extremely well organized. She happily accommodated our early check-in and even had treats for our dog. Very close to shops and restaurants. We would love to come back!

No working tv and the entrance to the house was dangerous for handicap people to get to the price was extremely high for little amenities that was offered no stove and the hot plate topper didn’t work had bought a bunch of things to cook and couldn’t

a perfect spot for an important weekend, at a great price

The property was perfectly located for our 3-day stay, and the owner was so accomodating to our needs. The entrance to our unit was at the back of the property (easily accessible), where there is a lovely and secluded area for morning tea/coffee or an evening chat. The kitchenette had everything we needed, and the shower was delightful on warm Florida days. So grateful-

Delightful!

Everything about this rental is charming! Real artwork, live plants and flowers - inside and out! Fresh updated bathroom. Cozy romantic back yard. Minutes from Main Street and St. Armands. Off street parking. And the host, Christie, is a pleasure to communicate with. We had a great stay!

A cozy stay in downtown Sarasota

A small, but clean and cozy apartment within walking distance to downtown restaurants and cafés, and the marina and more. We enjoyed 4 weeks there with minimal use of the car.

Great for a private little weekend getaway

Secluded accomodation

We only stayed for a short time, we met the owner on arrival, who was very sweet and helpful. We were the only one’s there so we had the whole place to ourselves. It’s really close to a big park, with tennis facility and walkable to the marina and a downtown area.

Walk to everything

This condo is a great place to stay if you want to walk downtown to some outstanding restaurants! Great helpful and friendly host with great communication. Easy check in and out. Would definitely stay again.

Great time in Sarasota

Very comfortable apartment in the art section of Towels Court. very walkable to all major points in the old section of Sarasota. quiet and attractive neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location with easy walk to downtown Sarasota. Also an easy drive to Siesta Key, Saint Armand’s Circle, and various other beaches. Small apartment in the back connected to the owner’s home. There is a fridge, microwave, and ability to cook small meals if needed. Apartment is clean. A perfectly fine place if you just need a place to sleep and relax a little in between exploring the surrounding areas and beaches. There is ability to do laundry, but just know that it is outdoor in a closet and shared with renters from the top floor apartment. This apartment is pet friendly. Not necessarily a negative, but you should know.

Ideal spot for close to all the downtown activities in Sarasota. Nice historical neighborhood. If you're lucky you'll get the pet Lulu!
