Lovely house

Lovely house with a view overlooking the sea. It is a bit of a walk down the hill to the shore where many of the bars and restaurants are, but a beautiful and quiet location nonetheless - perfect for a family. The three bedrooms are on the ground floor (with a washer/dryer combo laundry machine in the hallway) and the kitchen and living room are on the second floor with the balcony overlooking the sea. We enjoyed a wonderful family meal on the balcony!

Staying at the holiday home in St Ives was an exceptional experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a getaway in Cornwall.This new property boasts stunning views over St Ives, the Beach, and the Atlantic Ocean. The design has produced a luxurious retreat, with large windows allowing natural light to flood in and offering breathtaking vistas.From the moment we booked, communication with the owner was excellent. They provided all necessary information promptly, ensuring a smooth check-in. Their attentiveness made us feel welcomed and valued as guests.The property is incredibly well-equipped. It features a modern kitchen with high-end appliances, making meal preparation a joy. The living spaces are stylish and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed, with cosy bedding and ample storage.Located just a 15-minute walk from the beach, it is perfectly situated for those wanting to enjoy the sun and surf. The nearby town centre offers a variety of shops, restaurants, and art galleries, making it easy to explore the local culture.One of the standout features is the private parking for two cars, a significant advantage in St Ives. Additionally, an EV charger was a major plus for us.In summary, this holiday home offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience. An ideal base for enjoying all that St Ives has to offer.

Exklusives Ferienhaus, praktisch neuwertig. Tolle Aussicht aufs Meer, sehr moderne Küche mit allem, was man braucht. Kleine Supermärkte in der Nähe. Strand zu Fuß in 10min. Breiter Parkplatz direkt an der Haustür.Groß genug, um sich trotz vier (z.T. erwachsenen) Kindern auch mal aus dem Weg gehen zu können, wenn der britische Regen zuschlägt. WLAN funktioniert gut…Keine Rückenschmerzen bei den Eltern dank guter Betten.Maybe it is German but we missed wooden chopping boards to cut sausage

Translation:- Exclusive vacation home, practically brand new. Great view of the sea, very modern kitchen with everything you need. Small supermarkets nearby. Beach within a 10-minute walk. Wide parking lot right at the front door. Big enough to be able to avoid each other despite having four (partly adult) children, when the British rain hits. Wi-Fi works well... No back pain for the parents thanks to good beds. Thanks for your kind review. Sorry we provide glass chopping boards that can be cleaned hygienically.
