Located in a great part of London, our property is only 10mins walk to Shepard's Bush Market Station. Close to great cafés, pubs, delis, shops and green spaces. Only 15 min stroll to the famous Westfield Shopping Centre.
Equipped with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay our property is available for your stay
Welcome to my delightful apartment, where you can immerse yourself in the vibrant energy and rich history of London while enjoying the comforts of a cozy home away from home.
The flat sleeps up to 3 guests in one Queen bedroom and one sofa bed (which is ideally for children)
While the street maintains a tranquil ambiance, it's only a stone's throw away from the bustling array of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops along Uxbridge Road. It is perfectly positioned to use as a base in London.
You will be only 2 min walk to the bus stop. Shepherds Bush Market train station is only 5 min bus ride/10 min walk which is ideal for getting to London’s attractions.
Experience the enchantment of living just a stone's throw away from the captivating beauty of Ravenscourt Park. Embrace the convenience and serenity as you indulge in leisurely strolls in this urban oasis.
The flat is located on the 3rd floor of the building which is accessed by a staircase (there is no lift).
The living area has a sofa which provides a comfortable seating experience during the day and easily converts into a double sofa bed for a relaxing night's sleep.
There is also a dining table for four and 42 inch Smart TV .
(You'll need to use your own log in details for TV applications like Netflix, Prime etc).
The well-equipped family kitchen is the heart of the home, complete with appliances such as an oven, electric hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Smaller appliances include a microwave and kettle.
Enjoy a restful nights sleep with high-quality bedding to provide warmth and comfort. The full length wardrobe provides ample space for storage.
The small spare room provides a versatile space for storing your luggage, doing floor exercises or airing your laundry.
You will also find a 3 piece bathroom suite with a refreshing bath tub.
My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
A complimentary welcome pack of tea and coffee will be waiting for you on arrival. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If wish to purchase more for your stay there is a Co-op Food and a Tesco Express supermarket a few minutes walk away.
You will have access to the entire flat.
However, only use the bedroom wardrobes on the left since the host has her storage in the wardrobe section to the right.
* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
* Please note that a fee of a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost, misplaced or broken keys - please be careful with them.
* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
