4.5/5 rating! Charming building in great location. Beautiful, clean, private and very spacious. Good amenities. Hot water limitations at times but manageable if showers were spread out. Excellent communication with management. Very happy with our stay.

Comfortable stay

We were staying with adult children in the three bedrooms for a month. The apartment is spacious. Location is quite good, it’s nice and quiet in the apartment despite a busy street out front. The garden was nice to have too. 5 mins walk to Supermarkets and local restaurants. I communicated some minor maintenance issues upon our departure and the property manager emailed me straight back to say they would be fixed very soon. Access and communication were fast and accurate.

Nice apartment but...

I spent 4 days in December in this apartment with a group of 8 people. Great views of the Duoro, enough beds for all, BUT not enough hot water at any one time for max 2-3 people to shower. The property manager acknowledged to us that the hot water tank has a small capacity and certainly not enough to service 8 people at one time. This apartment also has significant electrical problems...an electrician visited the apartment 2 times in the four days we were there after we informed the property manager (and they were well aware of the issues) that the washing machine was not working and the downstairs bathroom lights didn't work...2 visits and no satisfaction. Overall a nice kitchen but the faucet handle was broken & espresso machine made terrible coffee. In the end, the location of this apartment is great, Porto is an awesome city BUT I wouldn't recommend this apartment to a friend...as I came to learn there are many other apartments available for rent throughout the city.

Au sous-sol c’était humide et cela sentait parfois mauvais. Entre la chambre du haut et celle du bas , il y avait un réel problème d’insonorisation.

Très agréable et spacieux

Un très bon rapport qualité prix. Très spacieux et lumineux. Sobre. Pour une expérience encore plus parfaite : certains joints pourraient être remplacés et un peu plus de vaisselle pour 6 serait le bienvenu.

Best view and location!

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Portoa! The balcony and view were truly breathtaking, and we loved spending time there enjoying the scenery. The apartment itself was spacious, beautifully decorated and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Great location as well! We highly recommend.

Beautiful and spacious apartment

The apartment was beautiful and spotlessly clean with ample space for the six of us. It was well located a short ~20 min walk from the main tourist spots, with the rooms quiet and dark. Check-in was easy and the host was very responsive to all communication. Thanks for a great stay :)

Location, view and well appointed villa!

We stayed at this beautiful villa for 3 days. The villa is beautifully appointed and the view is simply amazing. Great location, within walking distance from many attractions. I highly recommend anyone going to Porto to consider this villa.

It needs a serious clean up!

It was humid and i could see mould on the window blinds!!! Extremely dirty floors, specialy in the kitchen! The terrace needs to be repaired/redone. In the online photos everything looks great but in reality is disappointing.
