The prestigious Prati neighborhood offers a unique and tranquil oasis. Conveniently situated near Piazza Cavour, the apartment provides easy access to several bus stops, ensuring seamless exploration of the city.



Perched on the sixth floor of an antique building, the apartment is easily accessible via a spacious elevator



Upon entering the expansive foyer, you'll find a tastefully designed living and dining area. The living room, adorned with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen smart Tv, opens up to a balcony overlooking St. Peter's. The dining table for six completes the ambiance, creating a perfect setting for shared meals and relaxation.

The uniqueness of this home continues in the master bedroom, boasting a luxurious ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a flat-screen smart Tv. The second bedroom, a charming single, features a spacious wardrobe, an adjoining bathroom with a bathtub, and its own smart TV.

The third bedroom has another incredible view of the Vatican and the city. It is adaptable to accommodate double occupancy, featuring two single beds that, if needed, can be joined to create a double bed.

Great property in an excellent location. Would return in a heartbeat. The apartment has loads of character and was very comfortable and clean. Do be aware though that the hot water can come and go a bit and the spiral staircase to the fantastic rooftop is challenging to maneuver.

This apartment was amazing. It was roomy, beautifully decorated, and the beds were comfortable. The linens were very nice and the views were lovely. The bathrooms and apartment were clean. It is conveniently located with cafes close-by. It was nice to be off the beaten path in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Communication was good and check-in relatively easy. Owner arranged for car service from airport to the apartment. Check-out very simple. It was perfect for our family of 5. I highly recommend the property.

Amazing apartment, great location

We absolutely loved our time at this apartment in Prati. The host greeted us when we arrived and the check in process was very easy. Access to the building and apartment were smooth and the place had plenty of space. The views are stunning, you can see St Peter’s from every window, and the rooftop view was breathtaking, being able to see all of Rome. Would absolutely book this property again upon returning to Rome

This apartment is a perfect 10! The space is enormous, very clean and the views are spectacular! The rooftop terrace is amazing! The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Each shower had excellent water pressure and very hot water. The air conditioners worked extremely well and the Wi-Fi was super quick. Communication with Maria was excellent and Sara was so kind to show us everything in the apartment. Several grocery stores are right around the corner. There are many excellent restaurants and cafes nearby and awesome shopping is just a short walk away. The walks to and from the Vatican were lovely and less than 20 minutes. We were also able to walk to the Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona and The Pantheon. We have not one negative thing to say about this property. We would love to stay here on our next visit to Rome.

Great location

Big bright airy apartment on top floor. Loved the neighborhood, quiet with some good restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores all within a block or two. It’s only a short walk over the Tiber to the main attractions. Highly recommended for family of 4 (twin beds are small but comfortable enough). The roof top terrace was also a plus for having a glass of wine, although it was a little hot when we were there

Excellent communications during our travels and met at the door upon arrival. Apartment is very clean and beautiful with lovely hardwood floors and very spacious. Quiet street with view of the Vatican from our windows. No issues with air conditioning, appliances, etc. Easy walk across Tiber to Piazza Navona and other tourist sites. Do not miss going to Borgo Pio. Good shopping along Cola di Rienzo and Mercato Trionfale. Highly recommend for a non-tourist type neighborhood. If you are planning to visit the Vatican, this is the neighborhood to stay in.

Nice penthouse apartment in Prati neighborhood

Lovely property in a quiet neighborhood, close to great restaurants, shopping and grocery stores as well as walking distance to the Vatican. We enjoyed the rooftop terrage although the spiral staircase to access the terrace is very steep and tight! Overall great communication with host who allowed our early arrival/luggage drop off however we did not receive much in the way of checkout instructions.
