Villa Jovis is a spacious, modern, seafront Villa with a newly built pool.
It has 5 bedrooms, two with sea view and three with garden view.
Each bedroom is inspired by a different colour and is equipped with an ensuite design bathroom with shower. Beds are all 140 cm wide.
To complete the indoor, there is a spacious area dedicated to the fully equipped kitchen, internal dining and living room, from which you can admire fantastic views.

Outside a spacious garden directly on the sea with a sun bathing area and a roofed terrace where to simply relax or enjoy a meal admiring wonderful sunsets.
Sea access through rocks.

Location

Villa Jovis is a sea front Villa looking at the spectacular Gulf of Cagliari.
Sea access is just below the house, there is a set of stairs from the garden leading directly to the rocks and to the sea. The nearest beach instead is approximately 1,5 km away.
Approximately 2 Km from an additional beach and the supermarket.
