This luxurious and spacious villa is situated in the prestigious urbanisation of La Capelliania. It is within a 6 minute drive of Benalmadena Pueblo, 10 minutes to Fuengirola and only 20 minutes to Malaga airport.

The villa extends over 450 metres built area with an additional 58 metres of covered terrace and a further uncovered outdoor sun terrace area. There are 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the first floor. The middle (entrance level) comprises of a large entrance hall, guest toilet, substantial lounge and dining area and one of the two kitchens within the property.

The lower level comprises of 3 bedrooms, one being en-suite with walk in wardrobe, a separate full bathroom and guest WC, large lounge/games room and 2nd kitchen with utility room.

The Pool table and table football table in the games room are available for guests use. This area can be accessed via the main house or alternatively by a separate entrance from the exterior. The living room is very comfortably furnished. There is wi-fi installed in the property and guests have use of an international TV box. There is under floor heating in the lounge and master bathroom, and all rooms have hot-cold air conditioning. The luxury kitchen is fully equipped and has an American style fridge/freezer with drinks dispenser and a utility room with a washer-dryer.

From the living room the patio doors lead on to the large covered terrace set with rattan style chairs. From the kitchen, patio doors lead on to a terrace with a wrought iron exterior dining table and chairs. There are sufficient chairs and tables to comfortably seat 15 people.

Steps lead down from the terrace to the patio area around the pool which enjoys all day sun. There is a built-in barbeque. The pool is 12 x 4 meters with Roman steps and there is the option to heat it by paying an additional charge of 200 euros per week. There are 12 sun beds around the pool.

The nearest shops are a 4 minute drive away uphill, and the beach is also 5 minutes drive downhill.
