The apartment also features a balcony with a breathtaking view of the Mimizan River, perfect for enjoying evenings with family or friends.

You also have a numbered parking space within the secure residence.

BED SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED IN THE RENTAL. (Please bring the essentials: toilet paper, household and beauty products, paper towels, salt/pepper, oil, etc.)

To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax (from €0.83 to €4.40 depending on the room type/night/person) and the security deposit (between €500 and €1,000).
