Located north of Madrid, Valdeacederas is a neighbourhood in the Tetuán district, currently one of the city's most developed sectors and a great attraction for families with easy access to all types of gastronomic and cultural services.



Its proximity to large areas such as Chamartín and an excellent transport connection make it a very attractive area for tourists and residents.



The apartment:



This cosy studio with capacity for up to 3 guests is located on the ground floor of the building.



The efficient distribution of space combines the kitchen, living room, and bedroom areas in the same environment, ensuring a functional, warm, and very pleasant atmosphere. It features a space dedicated to rest where a comfortable double bed, an individual sofa bed, and a modern dining table are located.



Likewise, the studio has a comfortable full bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils and various appliances.



The cot is subject to availability. Please advise no later than 5 days in advance.



The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out in May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the established property protocols



To be taken into account:



IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.



The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.



Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
