BLAU Student Housing is a sustainable operator of luxury student accommodation in Barcelona with an on-site language academy. We are offering this private studio for rent for students only. If you are not yet a student, you are welcome to first enroll in classes in our on-site language academy and then you may rent the studio as a qualified student. Contact us with questions on this.

Our residence in the 22@ area of Poblenou's Barcelona beachfront district holds a LEED certification as part of our commitment to the environment, among a long list of facilities and internal policies to ensure a minimum impact of our activity.
This student residence has a total of 250 studio apartments (with both private and shared room options) and over 1,800 sqm of common areas that provide an unparalleled number of high quality spaces for our residents, that enhance their potential for their future professional careers.
We have carefully chosen the location of our residence to not only be close to universities, but also to provide pleasant pedestrian environments, all the necessary services as well as leisure and entertainment.

Our residents will also have the possibility of enrolling in our in-house language courses with a capacity of 90+ language students.
