This light-filled, recently reformed apartment is located in the Gothic Quarter, very close to Las Ramblas, Barcelona's most emblematic boulevard, which connects Plaza de Cataluña with the city's port.

Located on the 3rd floor, with no lift, this apartment offers a double bedroom, fully appointed bathroom with shower stall, lounge-dining room with a double sofa and a kitchenette. Las Ramblas Apartments are fully equipped down to the last detail and their kitchens have all the necessary accessories to ensure a comfortable stay.

The main features in Barcelona's Gothic Quarter are the remains of the old Roman city and its medieval palaces and convents, a testimony of its splendorous past. Barcelona was the capital and seat of the Catalonian counts and monarch for five hundred years.

Thanks to its privileged position, it is possible to enjoy all the attractions of the city's centre and visit Barcelona's historical quarter on foot to see the Palau Güell, Plaza Cataluña, La Boqueria Market, the Cathedral and Plaza Sant Jaume, among other places of tourist interest.

It also has easy access to the train, metro and buses, as well as to medium and long-distance rail stations to visit places outside the city.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
CHECK IN- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. This information will be notified to the police within 24 hours of your arrival.

- Access to our apartments will be provided either by using an App on your Smartphone or by introducing a code on the keypad you will find next to the entrance door.

- As soon as your booking is confirmed we will send you an email which will include an attached form which we ask you to fill in with your personal details and those of the other guests before making the payment and signing the rental agreement.

- 24/48 hours before your arrival and once the form has been completed you will receive a link to activate the keys.

- We would kindly inform you that our system is unable to generate the access codes until all the guest details are registered, full payment received, and the agreement signed and returned.

- Our apartments have noise measurement systems and night security.

- We ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.

HOURS:- Check in time: from 3.00pm onwards.- Departure time: before 11.00am- Please inform us of your expected arrival time

DEPOSIT- Your deposit payment will be returned within a maximum of 72 hours as soon as the vacated apartment has been checked.

OTHER CHARGES- Tourist tax not included in the final price

Great location, there was no WiFi first evening but the host fixed it by the morning. It would have been good to have a Nespresso cofffe machine as I love coffee and the stairs are not for those who are not fit.

The only thing I can say is this is a 74 step walk up flat. Thank God I’m in good health. Other than that I loved it. Management responded quickly which was greatly appreciated

Everything was great. The location couldn't be better. Apparently in Spain, a 3rd floor apartment would be considered fourth floor apartment in the USA, since the ground floor is the "planta baja" or floor zero. I can't fault the host for this since that's how floors are numbered in Spain. However, there was an un-numbered unit one fight up, so in reality this was a 4th floor apartment (and in USA, this would be a 5th floor apartment). There were four flights o stairs (72-75?) steps to get to our 3rd floor apartment. This is not for the unhealthy or faint of heart. It's a challenge, especially lugging suitcases up. But once that was done, we dealth with it being a bit of a climb.

Great location, all the basics.

The apartment is relatively spacious and includes everything you need for a stay. Minor complaints include a small hot water heater and lots of stairs to get up to the unit. But the proximity to everything going on is wonderful.

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Location was great and close to many restaurants, bakeries and shopping everything we needed. Property was clean. The narrow stairs, as mentioned, were a bit of a challenge with luggage but that is part of the charm of the unique older buildings. The couch and kitchen chairs could use an upgrade as they are not the most comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with basic supplies.

The very best thing about the property is the absolute central location. Many sights can be explored on foot from there and the connection to public transport is very good. Many bars, restaurants and shops are very close to the apartment (within a radius of 100 m)The appartment was handed over very clean and tidy.From my point of view highly recommended if you do not need/expect the comfort/Interior decoration of a 5 star hotel

Convenient location, everything you need

A well equipped, clean, modern and comfortable apartment located in the heart of bars, restaurants and shops. Although the neighborhood is lively into the wee hours, the good windows and rear location of the bedroom keep the place quiet for sleeping. Be aware: the 3rd floor as we count in America is really the 4th floor, and the ground floor is already one floor up, so be prepared for some exercise whenever you want to stop at home! Also, the washer dryer are located outside the apartment(still very convenient).

3rd floor gothic quarter

Location was great. Close to the Rambla and lots of good businesses on our side street. Apartment was clean and complete with everything needed. Remember the 3rd floor in Spain is actually what we know as the fourth floor. It was a LONG way up to the flat. The very narrow, very steep, and very long (43 steps if I recall), and very difficult stairway with only partial handrail was a huge negative to this flat. It was quite difficult getting our luggage up to the apartment on our arrival and the stairs made us reconsider just why, if it was really necessary, and how many times we would go back to the apartment for anything. Both of us 60 year old gentlemen finally decided once down to the street in the morning and once back up to the apartment in the late evening was all we could do each day.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es war das wichtig enthalten. Es war trotz der belebten Straße nicht laut in der Wohnung, die Klima lief und auch in dem Schlafzimmer war ein Ventilator, was sehr angenehm war! Vielen Dank!!

Au cœur du barri gotic

Emplacement idéal au cœur du quartier ancien, dans une petite rue animée le jour, à deux pas de la Place Royale, très agréable pour prendre un café ou dîner, et à 5 minutes du Palais Güell. Fonctionnel et propre. Attention, c’est un quatrième étage avec un escalier raide. Déconseillé aux personnes âgées ou peu mobiles.

The location was perfectly located with a about a kilo-1.5 kilo walk to popular destinations like Casa Batllo and Casa Mila. It was right by La Rambla, so we were never short of finding someplace to eat. And the balcony allowed us to see and hear the energy of the city. The building has a historical charm to it that makes you feel like you are in Barcelona. It has a personality, and we thoroughly enjoyed staying there. Thank you ClassBedroom, and Renato, for all of your help!

The location of the apartment is one of the best that can be found in Barcelona, ??despite being in the Barri Gothic we had no problems with noise. The house is small, but comfortable, perfect for a short stay even for three like ours. We found the apartment absolutely clean and tidy, with all the supplies described. The communication was precise and punctual, although everything is done independently without interfacing with other people, we have not had any problems. There is no elevator and the stairs are a bit steep and narrow, but it is a problem that can be dealt with (make sure you have water with you, the public one in Barcelona is not that great). Basically highly recommended!

Muy buen sitio. Muy comodo. La ubicacion es centrica, cercano a bares, restaurantes y estacion de metro. Solo mencionar que el apartamento queda en un tercer piso, con una subida por escalerasbien angostas y es podriadificultar a alguien de mayor de edad, pero para nosotros no fue problema.
