This lovely modern villa with a private jacuzzi is located in Resort Lubrense close to Masse Lubrense on the Sorrento Peninsula. The villa has its own small private pool and rooftop jacuzzi, and also shares a garden and swimming pool with two other villas, and it is perfect for family gatherings or small groups of friends. The resort is conveniently located for shops, restaurants, and buses and within easy driving distance of beaches.

Sorrento is just 10 km away and the popular towns of Positano, Amalfi, Pompei and Capri Island are all within easy reach by car or public transport from Sorrento.

PLEASE NOTE: On the same property, there is also the owner's villa but he will not use the pool during the guests stay. However, on this property, there are also two bedrooms that are rented as BandBs and when those rooms are rented, the guests can use the pool as well.

Villa Mandragola (120 sqm) develops over two levels.

The villa consists of an open plan living room with a sitting area (with comfortable seating) and a well-equipped kitchen area with a breakfast bar (with seating for three). In the sleeping area, you will find:
• Bedroom 1 with ensuite bathroom with shower: king size bed plus sofa bed
• Bedroom 2 with ensuite bathroom with shower: queen size bed
• Bedroom 3 with ensuite bathroom with shower: queen size bed
• Bedroom 4 with ensuite bathroom with bath tub: king size bed

Outside, you will find a furnished patio with a dining table and two comfortable chairs as well as a private roof terrace (with jacuzzi hot tub and sun loungers). There is a private above ground pool (3x7 m, 1.20 deep, open from April 1st to October 31).

The large, shared garden has shady dining areas, relaxation areas (with comfortable outdoor seating), a gazebo (with bar) and a communal swimming pool (12.5m x 8m; depth 1.5m, open from 1 April to 31 October) with a sun terrace (with sun loungers). Onsite catering facilities include a pizza oven and barbecue and outdoor showers and onsite parking are also available.
