The town breathes an air of tranquility and a welcoming atmosphere generated by simple and hospitable people. The origin of the city is due to Messapi, who built it on one of the highest hills for defensive reasons. Walking through the small alleys of the old town with its characteristic plot, it is caught by the smell and color of the flowers placed on the walls and window sills of the typical houses.

Thanks to its central and strategic position, you can easily reach the most charming places of the Apulia (Alberobello Heritage Site for its unique trulli in the world; Castellana and its Caves, the most beautiful in Europe for the "explosion" of alabaster that characterizes them; Cisternino, Martina Franca, and other Mediterranean cities to spend a very pleasant day tasting the delicious typical dishes of Apulian cuisine.

It is an independent house completely renovated in 2012, however, while preserving the characteristics of old times with stone, the floors covered with typical chianche (only the feeling of walking on it barefoot), the numerous niches, the beauty of the places and the 'typical cool environment of the structures of the past.

The kitchen, made mostly by a large niche, has a comfortable stove, stone sink, refrigerator, dishes and utensils; also a stone fireplace and attractive contrasting wooden shelves with white stone walls.

The bathroom (also renovated) is a blend of history and modernity: the sink encased in precious and antique wooden furniture, chianche, stone mosaic on walls, sanitary suspended and large shower tub equipped with seat. All for a charming environment and aimed at moments of pure relaxation for our guests.

Of particular value in the house is the exclusive rooftop terrace overlooking the heart of the historical center of the White City, on the coast (from Ostuni), and the expanse of marvelous millennial olive trees; ideal, therefore, to sunbathe, relax or simply enjoy an evening meal in the name of romance and a magical atmosphere (please refer to the attached photos).

The structure is very fresh in all environments, even in summer, having stone walls with a maximum width of 60 cm.
Casa Felicia is on the first floor (with all environments on the same level) with access to the panoramic terrace on the top floor (and by means of an internal staircase in nineteenth-century stone).

No problem also for the data drive the car parks in the vicinity. They are available free of charge (within 250 meters) as a fee. The nearest beaches, however, are at 5/6 km reached by public transport within 15-20 minutes.

The price is per apartment (not at person), inclusive of all expenses (gas, electricity, water, initial and final cleaning). Including provision of linens, as well as necessary for use of the kitchen and the bedroom. Including linen change, but for a minimum stay of 14 days with replacement after the first 7 days of stay.
