Villa Cladera Playa de Muro beach by JS Villas

Villa Can Cladera is located in a wonderful location just 100 metres away from the beatiful sandy beaches of Playas de Muro. Numerous shops and restaurants can be found around the area, making this one of the most convenient locations. The Albufera nature park is less than 400 metres away from the property.

Despite it's close proximity to the sea, the villa also benefits from a private pool for those seeking their own space, with a purpose built BBQ and an alfresco dinning area.

The villa itself has a maximum capacity for 6 guests, distributed in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and also distributed in two floors. All bedrooms are air conditioned.

On the ground floor, you will find 2 of the bedrooms and 1 bathroom, which has recently been fitted with a modern walk in shower. You will also find the fully equipped kitchen area, with all necessary items to ensure that you have everything that you need for a relaxing holiday in Mallorca, and the loung/diner area, equipped with comfortable seating area with dining table and chairs, Satelite Tv and DVD player. Going up the spiral staircase, on the first floor, there is the third bedroom, which is ensuite and has it's own balcony.

Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20€ per person older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay)
