Our property House Can Toni is located in an unbeatable location, just 100 metres from one of the best white sand beaches in Mallorca, Playa de Alcudia. On this beach you can take long walks and play with the children. House Can Toni has been recently renovated and has all new furniture. The house offers a spacious terrace to enjoy with the children and make barbecues. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 large living room with TV with satellite channels and an XL sofa. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances to cook as if you were at home.

If you want to relax on your holiday and feel at home, House Can Toni is your home.

Its good location just 150 metres from the beach and tranquillity will make you have wonderful holidays with family or friends, 45 minutes from Palma airport, just 4 km from the s'Albufera natural park, having supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. nearby without the need to rent a car. Free parking on the same street.

Great place close to the beach!

Really big property, very comfortable, clean and only a 2 min walk to the beach. The kitchen is detached, but very well equipped and has a large dining area as well. The neighborhood was quiet and felt like a safe area. Loved staying here- would definitely choose this property again!

Good and easy communication with the company and owner

Good and easy communication with the company and owner. The location is great, very close to the beach (1 minut walking). About 1km to the center with a lot of restaurants and a nice 15 minutes walk along the beach (paved lane). A supermarket and all you need is direct around the corner. The house is nice and spacious. The kitchen is not attached to the house and accessible though the garden. No problem for us, but it's good the know. The main bed is very soft (you roll to the middle) and squicking, this was a small minus for us. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this house for sure.

Stayed here with friends for the triathlon and location cannot be beat for that. Easy access to the bus as well for trips along the cost / to Palma / the airport. The place itself was spacious and had what we needed for our few days.
