Thank you for your review. We are pleased that you enjoyed the peaceful location, mountain views, the house and the owner's care. However, we would like to clarify some points. Regarding the check-in, the change from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. was communicated in advance to ensure the property was properly prepared. Regarding the parasol, the listing clearly states the amenities provided, and a parasol was never advertised or included. The base on the terrace was solely used as a doorstop to prevent the door from closing on windy days; it was not evidence that a parasol was provided. Nevertheless, the owner went out of his way to provide a parasol the following day, despite it not being an advertised amenity. For future bookings, we recommend carefully checking the listed amenities and confirming any specific requirements before booking. Regarding the mattress, we strongly disagree with the description given. It was in very good condition and less than three years old, not six years old. Comfort is subjective, and different guests may have different preferences, but this does not mean the mattress was worn or unsuitable. Despite this, the owner took the concern seriously and arranged a replacement as a gesture of goodwill, demonstrating his commitment to guest comfort. We respect every guest's preferences, but believe it is important to distinguish between personal expectations and actual deficiencies in the property.
