Fantastic stay on the beach!

Outstanding stay- walked out to the patio for a beautiful view overlooking Croyde bay. Easy walk to the beach, town, National Trust site across the street- fantastic location! Great communication with the owner; my family really enjoyed our stay.

Happy holiday

Everything was as advertised pre booking. If we came to the area again we would be happy to stay in the property.

Just perfect

Just perfect Close to beach and walks. Comfy and clean inside and relaxing exterior. Ideal position to discover North Devon.

Fantastic location and well presented

It has been a place we have frequented over the past three years and loved it every time without question. The differences between this property and the others in the same location, number 4 was very clean with minimal cobwebs and clean floors and carpets. The condition including the kitchen is great and it certainly appears that the owners want people to stay and enjoy the property as well as the location. The price was fine this year considering the place and its location and how well it was presented but after reviewing the significant price increase for next year, I’m afraid to say we will probably give it a miss which is such a same. Overall, definitely one of the best properties we have stayed in and will always be one of the best locations.
