Layout
Villa Charlotte has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including a small studio on the ground floor and a toilet. The villa is arranged over 3 floors with uninterrupted views and faces south-west.

First Floor
You will find the main door to enter in Villa Charlotte. The living room opens directly onto the pool terrace and the open-plan kitchen, with a dining area for 8 people.
There is also a terrace with superb views over the hills where you can enjoy breakfast. On this floor there is a toilet next to the entrance door.

Intermediate Floor
On this floor, there is a double master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 2 further double bedrooms which share a bathroom.

Ground Floor
Downstairs is a studio with a double sofa bed and a sitting area with TV. This area has direct access to a small garden.

Outside
Outside Villa Charlotte you can relax by the pool, dine al fresco and enjoy the incomparable views of the Garraf hills. From the villa you can also walk the paths and go cycling or mountain biking in the natural mediterranean landscapes.
