October on Nantucket

The home is lovely, as is the location. The homeowners are available and accommodating. Everything is new and in excellent condition.

This was the epitome of a five star stay. The host, Heather, was amazing. She provided every detail needed to make the entire stay an absolute breeze, and she was very accommodating to various requests we made ahead of and during the stay. The home is incredible — the pictures don’t do it justice and we (three families with kids ranging from 4 to 16) can seriously find no flaws with the home. It’s got all the basics and then every kitchen gadget you can imagine, several sitting rooms that are perfect for any generation, and a beautiful and private outdoor oasis. Bedroom, furnishing, bathrooms, everything was what you would expect from a modern high quality home on Nantucket. The location is great as well — easy walk to downtown, beaches, and then it’s right on a bike path (which is often not the case in Nantucket so this was perfect for the kids). All and all, can’t say enough about our experience here and we hope to book the property again next time we come to Nantucket.
Taken from the beach just 5 minute walk down the road.

Great long weekend!

The house was amazing, better than advertised! The attention to detail when designing this home was immediately evident! The location was great, only a mile from town, allowing for daily walks to town. We’ll definitely be back!

Great Stay on Nantucket, Again

Our second time staying at Heather's house and once again it was great. The house is beautiful, very well equipped, and in a great location. Heather and Taya are very easy to communicate with and are helpful in making the stay as enjoyable as possible.

3 Cliff Lane, again

This is our second year of renting this property and we intend to return again in 2022. This property is fabulous in every way from the home itself, to the private backyard with the pool and the outside fireplace, to the location. We hated to leave.

Great Property Owners

I have not stayed at this home yet as it is still under construction. But, the owners asked since I have stayed at their other vacation rental listed on VRBO in Healdsburg, CA (#20280) that I share our experience with you so you know what kind of owners they are. I stayed for a week over the summer and the property was beautiful. It is surrounded by vines on all sides and is very quiet. The house is well designed and furnishings work perfectly with the house. The owners thought of many details such as specialized soaps and soft sheets. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was stocked with many plates, platters, pots and pans and any other tool a chef would need. The grounds were well kept, the property felt very private and had many shaded areas for us to sit. The pool was magnificent and heated to just the right temperature. I had a few questions while I was there and the owners were prompt and helpful. I can only imagine they will be the same with the Nantucket property.
