The space:

Kalami Beach - Villa Mara is a stunning Sea View Villa situated right above the edge of the renowned Kalami Beach and its turquoise crystal clear waters. Access to the beach is only a few moments away on foot.



The location is tranquil, the atmosphere relaxed and the views hypnotic, whether you are resting by the pool, relaxing in the jacuzzi, sitting on your balcony, or stepping outside to dip your toes in the dazzling aquamarine of the bay.



The luscious gardens with their private al fresco dinning and barbeque area, along with numerous cosy nooks, provide superlative spots to rest, relax, and recharge whilst enjoying a meal, cocktail and/or book.



With fragrant gardens and spectacular views, it’s one of the most enchanting places you will ever know and visit!



Property Details:

Private Heated Swimming Pool dimensions: 10m length x 5m width, 1.2m shallow end, 2.1m deep end.

Bedrooms: 5 (sleeps 11)

Lower level: Double room, en suite bathroom, fitted wardrobe, a/c and private patio doors that lead directly onto the pool terrace and outside lounge sitting area.



Upper level: One double and three twin single bedrooms. All have fitted wardrobes and A/C units. Less one, all have individual patio doors that lead onto a shared large private balcony with seating areas with extended views of the beautiful Kalami Bay area. Two bathrooms are en suite. One is shared by two of the twin single bedrooms. Safe is available.



Bathrooms: 4

Three en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. One on the lower and 2 on the upper level. The fourth bathroom with walk-in shower on the upper level is shared between 2 of the twin single bedrooms.



Kitchen facilities and equipment:

Well-equipped fitted kitchen with modern, high quality appliances; Fridge-freezer, ceramic hob/oven, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, toaster, blender, hand-held mixer.



Comfortable living room with one large moon shaped sofa and stools positioned around the feature fireplace. TV with DVD, Satellite and terrestrial antennas. Hi-Fi system with CD player, radio tuner, USB and Aux inputs supported.



A large indoor and/or outdoor dining areas to pleasantly accommodate all villa guests.



For stays of 7 days or longer, a mid-week maid service and change of linens and towels is offered complimentary.



Extra amenities: Bluetooth portable speaker, Ping Pong Table.



For larger groups and families, we can combine "Kalami Beach - Villa Mara" with the adjacent "Kalami Beach - Villa Anastasia" property, which combined is able to sleep comfortably 15 persons.



Other things to note:

(i) An extra bed is a folded Z-bed - Bookable for a fee subject to availability.

(ii) A Baby travel cot and a highchair are available for rent locally - upon request.

(iii) Private Chef is available upon request subject to availability for a fee.

(iv) Personal Trainer is available upon request subject to availability for a fee.

(v) This property will not accommodate parties, events, or large gatherings without pre-approval of owner.

(vi) Only the registered number of guests are allowed to stay at the property.

(vii) Heating of pool has an extra charge of EUR 50 per day.

One may venture inland to the UNESCO heritage site of Old Perithia, an enchanting, abandoned village with footpaths, honey producers, and tavernas that specialize in local dishes and delicacies!
