Santa Eulália Village - Albufeira is a perfect refuge for families seeking a comfortable and well-located stay in the heart of Albufeira. This cosy 200m² dwelling offers space and comfort for up to 8 people, with 4 bedrooms equipped with 6 beds (2 double beds and 4 single beds).



The house stands out for its privileged location, close to shops and restaurants, and just 800 metres from the stunning Santa Eulália Beach. Beach lovers will have easy access to various beaches in the region, including Olhos de Água Beach, just 1.3 km away.



The interior spaces are fully equipped with modern amenities. The independent kitchen is prepared with all essential appliances: refrigerator, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. The house also has 3 bathrooms (2 with bathtub), air conditioning in all rooms, WiFi internet, and 2 televisions with channels in Portuguese, Spanish, English, and French.



On the outside, the property has a private garden, garden furniture, a barbecue and an enclosed terrace, perfect for family leisure moments. For those travelling by car, there are 3 parking spaces on site.



The proximity of supermarkets, restaurants and attractions such as Zoomarine (13 km away) makes this village an ideal destination for a relaxing holiday. Faro Airport is just 30 km away, facilitating access.

On arrival we had a delayed entry to the villa, incorrect keys allowing access to the property and then once in the villa a key had been left in the lock to the second half of the villa which took around 1-2hrs to be rectified. HD properties worker that arrived done a great job in accessing the property for us and the rest of the trip went without a hitch, the property was exactly what we expected from the listing and in a decent location to get to the beach and surrounding areas. All in all would recommend the villa to anyone just make sure the correct keys are with the greeting party on arrival

Great retreat!

We loved staying here. We found the location very clean and spacious. We spent a lot of time “at home” enjoying being together and the pool. We loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants. The street was a little busy and a bit noisy for those sleeping at the front. You could even walk to the beach from here. It was beautiful and our host was very gracious.

Férias em família

A moradia é muito boa e espaço exterior também. No entanto acho que faz muita falta máquina de lavar louça e ar condicionado. As indicações, os canais de televisão, tudo está voltado para estrangeiros, esquecem-se que os portugueses também fazer férias. A televisão só tem os 4 canais nacionais e canais estrangeiros. A agência e o sr Dionísio (dono da casa) foram muito atenciosos e prestáveis.

Great space

Great place. Huge apartment and it was nicely spread out so nobody disturbed each other. The only lacking was communication about what to do with rubbish and perhaps some basics like salt pepper and oil. Showers good, bbq and pool were excellent as was location.

Great location

We really enjoyed the house and the pool area. The house had a nice view and a nice layout with lots of room. The house was neat and also came with all the necessities we needed as well as the pool area being equipment for a relaxing time. The property was close to a lot of things in the area and the beach however it was somewhat in a busy street. Overall we had a great time and we would come back.

Second to none. Loved every minute of our stay. The property and surrounding area is awesome. 2 fantastic restaurant within 60 second walking distance.

Absolutely gorgeous

This villa is lovely. The garden and pool are perfect, with a great little shaded table area at the end to eat as well. The nearest beach was so good that we didn’t even bother trying with others. 800m walk, very easy, with a nice shop and restaurant down there. The location is great, you can walk to the strip in 10 minutes, but you wouldn’t know it, as you don’t get the noise. The restaurant across the road was always busy, but never loud. The only real noise was traffic, and that wasn’t too much. The villa was well equipped for our family, lovely BBQ in the garden and big kitchen with loads of crockery and glasses and everything you needed. The only downside was that it doesn’t have aircon, so we were a bit hot in the 40 degree heatwave. Definitely rebook for us.

Tranquila

A casa é ótima para passar umas férias tranquilas em família. A praia é relativamente próxima, para ir à pé e é uma das praias mais bonitas do Algarve. Recomendo o proprietário resolver o problema da televisão que por vezes não funciona.
