La Scivitella is an elegant 11th century residence with typical cross vaults. Immersed in the greenery, it is a complex of 3 apartments each with an independent entrance, double bedroom, kitchen, living room with sofa or sofa bed, bathroom in fine Vietri ceramics and externally a Solarium Terrace. It can be reached only by walking along a pedestrian street (1 km from the meeting point) interspersed with 210 steps and from which you can enjoy a breathtaking landscape.

"Ulivo" welcomes you into its elegant apartment of 40 square meters with independent access and two wonderful private terraces, charmingly overlooking the sea, on the lush coastline, surrounded by the vegetable garden and by a small courtyard shared among the guests of the villa. The apartment is cozy and comfortable for 4 people. It consists of a bedroom with a standard bed with window overlooking the sea and the coast and a comfortable sofa double bed in the living area. The bathroom has a sink, bidet, toilet, towels, shower and hairdryer.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove with four burners, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a Neapolitan coffee maker, a kettle and all the crockery and flatware to prepare the dishes, a extension table for 4 people. There is also the washing machine, iron and ironing board, a clothesline for the terrace, an LCD TV.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating. The living area opens into the terrace through a double glass door, from which you can admire a splendid sea panorama and on the Amalfi Coast. The two charming terraces, approximately 20square meters, are equipped with table, chairs, umbrellas and sun loungers, where to spend the most relaxing moments of the day. In the terrace you will also find a barbecue for your tasty meals outdoors and a outdoor shower.

To reach the property you will have to walk along a pedestrian street of approximately 1 km from the meeting point, interspersed with approximately 210 steps. You will be in contact with nature, the scents and aromas of Mediterranean vegetation in all seasons of the year. The garden of the villa is 1500 m² large and is gently sheltered from the sun by the trees. A small courtyard, shared by the apartments, with a particularly pleasant atmosphere, is available to guests of the Villa for reading and moments of relaxation in absolute quiet. Suspended over the enchanting scenery of the Santa Croce valley, Villa Scivitella, from the top of the hill, opens onto the wonderful panorama of the Gulf of Salerno, of the Amalfi Coast, with the Monastery of Santa Rosa leaning against the rocky ridge of Conca dei Marini and further down, the hamlets of Amalfi, Lone, Pastena and Vettica.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
1) Check-in from 3pm to 7pm, after 7pm you pay extra.
2) Tourist tax of €3 per day per person to be paid in cash upon arrival.
3) Mandatory identity document to be presented at check-in.
4) No smoking in the house.
5) The guest must take away the rubbish from the apartment.
6) the structure can be reached from the road, along a pedestrian path of approximately 900 meters and interspersed with 210 steps.
Given the location of the facility, luggage service is strongly recommended (for a fee).
