Tucked into a peaceful corner of Sintra Natural Park, Villa Latina offers a relaxed and spacious escape just a short drive from the historic town of Sintra. Surrounded by greenery and fresh coastal air, it’s the kind of place where you can slow down and settle in from the moment you arrive.



With space for up to 16 guests, the villa is ideal for large families or groups of friends, with generous common areas for gathering and plenty of room to spread out. Days can be spent by the private 10 x 5 metre pool, unwinding in the sauna, or enjoying a bit of friendly competition in the games room - complete with a pool table, table tennis, foosball, PlayStation, and even a bar for relaxed evenings in.



The beach is just 900 metres away, making it easy to slip out for a morning walk, a swim, or a sunset by the ocean. Combining comfort, space, and a great location, Villa Latina is a wonderful base for an easygoing and memorable stay near Sintra.

- The kind and hospitality contact with Paulo. - Usage of the swimming pool, table tennis, the BBQ and the surroundings. - Checking if all the light(bulb)s in the house are working - Informing the guests when the gardeners are coming to clean. We were surprised when they unexpected were working under our windows at 8:00 am in the morning. - The small room without closets and hangers, next to the side door is very damp and therefore cold. There was condensation inside the room, even the blankets got wet. 07/09/25

The space, location, pool, the beds very comfortable. Paulo is very nice and helpful. Easy walk to the mercado and beach. We loved it. 05/07/25 We should've requested fans. We had to keep windows open at night, it was warm in July, mosquitos were an issue overnight. Also this place could've had some dish soap or dishwasher pods when we arrived, and even one toilet paper roll would've been nice after a long flight. The house had very little decoration, could've made it more appealing and inviting. Clean the patio and lawn chairs before people arrive. It seemed as if no one had ever been there before us.

Wonderful villa for a family vacation

The villa was perfect for our needs, 2 families with adult children. Plenty of space and spacious bedrooms, 3 with en-suite bathrooms. Large kitchen, with all that is necessary for catering to the 10 of us. The outside area is fantastic- a beautiful, well-maintained pool surrounded by a mature garden making the property very private. The outside terrace has a large wooden dining table where we ate breakfast, as well as lunch and dinner if we ate at the house. The pictures do not do the house justice, it is a very nice, traditional home and the outside lawn, pool and terrace really make it fabulous. We were able to walk just a few minutes to the farmers’ market in Praia das Maçãs which is a must! Open every day except Monday. The beach and village are just another few hundred yards from the market. Several excellent restaurants as well as a few beach bars. It was notable that most of the people around are Portuguese as well as other European tourists. You can also walk over the headland to Praia Grande, about a 25 minute, pleasant walk. (just a 5 minute drive). The location is excellent! Paulo deserves a special mention - he was there to meet us when we arrived to show us around the property and answer any questions. He continued to be very responsive with restaurant recommendations as well as any other questions we had! I gave 4 stars rather than 5 only because the bathrooms could use a little update. Not a big deal or anything that would make us not want to stay again!!

Because we didn’t find any companies that provided a complete service on the Lisbon coast, we took care of all the details for our guests to have the best satisfaction.
