6 person holiday home in Rømø

This holiday cottage with whirlpool is located just approx. 500 m from the beach as well as restaurants and shops. The house was built in good materials end 2018 and has 3 bedrooms and a large, bright kitchen-family room as well as a bathroom with whirlpool and shower. You will find TV, radio, wireless internet and more. The house is suited for families with children with plenty of space and various activities. There is a 61 m2 large terrace area of which 12 m2 is covered. Here you can have barbecues and observe the children playing on the trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). Please note that the lawn in front of the house was seeded in the fall of 2018 but the existing lawn has plenty of room for ball games etc. There is also a fireplace on the plot. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
