After a day full of experiences, you can relax in the warm spa, enjoy the soothing heat of the sauna, or refresh yourself in the cold-water tub. The activity room provides plenty of opportunities for fun and friendly competition. Challenge each other to a game of billiards at the pool table, play table tennis, or enjoy a match of table football. The room also features an electronic dartboard, perfect for organizing small tournaments with family or friends. In addition, a stereo system, PlayStation, and a flat-screen TV ensure plenty of entertainment options. The holiday home is exceptionally spacious and thoughtfully designed with two separate sleeping areas, making it ideal for multiple families or larger groups traveling together. Each sleeping area has its own bathroom, and there is an additional bathroom located in the pool area. In total, the house offers three bathrooms, all equipped with showers and underfloor heating. The 7 bedrooms and the loft area are furnished with comfortable box mattresses. An extra baby cot is also available for the youngest family members. The large combined dining and living area is tastefully furnished and serves as the cozy heart of the house. Here you will find a comfortable sofa area, a flat-screen TV, a stereo system with CD player, and a wood-burning stove that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere on cooler evenings. For families with children, two high chairs are also available. Outside, the garden offers great facilities for children, including a sandbox and swings. The security deposit is paid in cash upon arrival to the caretaker on site.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
