Fantastic property in a great location

Amazing location, 5 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from a supermarket and 40 minute walk to the town center (or 10 minute taxi) The property was amazing but a little dark on the inside. Not really a problem as we spent most of our time outside but it meant we didn’t want to be inside much

The house was clean and the location and pool were great. However, there were no pool towels (everyone only received one towel to shower) and there was no hand soap in the bathrooms. So, we had to buy soap and towels. The pool lights didn't work and there was a problem with the washing machine and it took them a day and a half to respond.

Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the cleanliness of the house, its location and the pool. We’re very sorry that these inconveniences affected your stay and led to a 6/10 rating. We sincerely apologize for the lack of pool towels and hand soap, as well as the pool lights not working. We also regret the delay in responding to the washing machine issue and understand how frustrating this must have been. Your comments are important to us, and we will review these points with our team to ensure that the necessary checks are carried out before each arrival and that any issues are dealt with as promptly as possible. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

Tolle Villa in unmittelbarer Strandnähe
