I had a great time with my family

I had a great time with my family (3 kids) in the house. Communication with the owner and agency were very professional and nice. The house is just as it appears on the pictures and was very clean. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable, the second double bed in the smaller room is so so. Thanks so much for the great stay. We would definitely recommend the place

We had a really great time

We had a really great time as a family of 3 with a toddler, accompanied by my parents. The house is spacious, the livingroom is well separated from the bedrooms, which is helpfull for people with different rythm. The kitchen is really well furnished. We also found some toys, and beach equipment, which was great as we travel light. The communication went smoothly. The house is at 3 minutes walk from a beach that has natural shade. Grocery store and a great french bakery are also very close. We had a lovely stay, and are looking forward to come back.

Logement très agréable et spacieux

Logement très agréable et spacieux. Dommage que la terrasse était à l ombre le matin au mois d avril. À noter que le boulevard est très passant et qu il y a une chambre qui doit sur ce boulevard. La plage est très proche ainsi que les commerces de proximité. Surtout la très bonne épicerie boulangerie.

Wir waren dort mit sechs Personen und einem Kleinkind. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet inklusive Sonnenschirm und Waschmittel. Ein paar Dinge sind bereits in die Jahre gekommen, wie Küchenschränke oder Badewanne. Das ist aber weiterhin nicht dramatisch. Allerdings wären neue Matratzen notwendig, da diese im großen Bett insbesondere komplett durchgelegen sind. Nichts für Leute mit Rückenschmerzen. Als unser zu kleines Bettlaken ständig von der Matratze abrutschte, brachte der Eigentümer auch schnell ein nagelneues und auch ein paar weitere Handtücher, da durch die Luftfeuchtigkeit Textilien nur langsam trocknen. Im Garten waren viele Möbel, was sehr schön war. Der Strand war in 2-3 Minuten zu erreichen. Auf die Mücken waren wir vorbereitet, trotzdem haben wir Stiche kassiert beim Draußen sitzen. Das ist eben Natur.

Great location and accommodation. The house is very comfortable and has all amenities that are needed for a shorterlonger stay. The place is cozy and located very close to one of the nicest beaches on the island. Host is very proactive and helpful and communication was very smooth. Highly recommend

Close to Alcudia absolutely best beach! A supermarket just a few blocks away, and of course nice house with all you need for a shorterlonger stay. A bit warm to sleep at night because of air conditioning in the hall and not in bedrooms, but overall we hade a great stay!

Das Haus war wie beschrieben. Kurzer Weg zum Strand, gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Ansonten ist im Haus alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Das Haus an sich ist gut aufgeteilt von den Zimmern. Hinter dem Haus kann man sehr gut sitzen. Einziges kleines Manko ist, dass Nachts an der Hauptstraße viele Autos übertrieben laut/schnell fahren. Ansonsten alles top! Die Kommunikation hat ebenfalls super funktioniert.

A great place to stay

A great place to stay with easy access to the local restaurants, a supermarket lately 5 minutes walk away and a great coffee shop next to it. Access to the beach within 5 minutes, with the added bonus that this was a quieter section of the beach. Also easy to get out and about on a bike and explore the glorious Mallorcan landscape. Parking was also fine as we used the spot infant of the house. What was really appreciated was the supply of dishwasher and washing tabs which were provided. We had mixed weather and the house was fine but we felt it could have benefited from a few personal touches, such as the odd picture. Outside seating options were great and in the good weather it was excellent to eat all our meals outside. Be aware of mosquitoes as the lake is very close by.

Rund um gelungener Aufenthalt

Wir waren 14 Tage im Haus, 4 EW und drei Kinder im Alter von unter 3 Jahren. Es gab zwei Hochstühle und auch zwei Babybetten. Es war alles da, was wir für den Alltag und auch auch zur Verpflegung brauchten. Die Küche reichte auch aus, wobei wir uns über eine Kaffeemaschine gefreut hätten. Hier gab es einen Herdkocher, der für den Induktionsherd nicht geeignet war. Es gab noch eine dolce Gusto, allerdings halten wir von Kapsel-/Padmaschinen nicht sehr viel. Die Betten und Kopfkissen waren bequem. Die Kleiderschränke hielten genug Platz für die Klamotten bereit. Die Terrasse und der Innenhof (Garten würde ich nicht sagen, dafür war es zu sehr gepflastert) reichten für die Kids auch vollkommen aus. Durch die Waschmaschine konnten wir auch die Kindersachen bei Bedarf waschen, das war super. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden nach einer Woche ausgetauscht. Was würden wir verbessern: in den oberen Badezimmer. Gibt es leider keinen Stauraum für die Waschutensilien etc. Hier wären kleine Schränkchen bzw. Waschbeckenunterschränke hilfreich. Eine Kommode oder Ähnliches im Wohnzimmer wäre ebenfalls hilfreich. Wir waren vermutlich die ersten Mieter nach dem Winter. Es war sehr kühl und klamm im Haus. Im Großen und Ganzen fehlte etwas Stauraum, ansonsten war alles in Ordnung. :) Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch toll war das viele Obst und die Getränke, die wir bei Anreise als Willkommensgruß vorfanden! Mehr Stauraum in den Fluren, Badezimmern (oben) und im Wohnzimmer, zum Beispiel in Form von Kommoden. Kaffeemaschine in der Küche. Eine kleine mobile, strombetriebene Heizung für die ersten Tage. Ein paar mehr Schüsseln in der Küche für Müsli und Joghurt wären super.

Super maison de vacances.

Super maison de vacances. Nous étions 5 (2adultes et 3enfants) et la maison était très bien. 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain, climatisation... Le gros plus est qu'elle est située à 100m d'une magnifique plage. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture! Les commerces à proximité sont également tres appréciables. Et la communication avec nos hôtes a été parfaite, ils ont tout fait pour nous arranger et nous permettre de passer de belles vacances. Un immense merci!!
