Well-located and well-maintained vacation home (partially renovated in 2024) in Tranum Strand, with unspoiled nature close by, located only about 100 meters from the roaring North Sea. The holiday home is also energy efficient with a heat pump, offering the possibility of lower consumption. The house is on 1 1/2 floors. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, kitchen/living room, bathroom, and bedroom with a quality double bed. The kitchen features a separate oven, electric kettle, 2 hotplates, and a large fridge/freezer. The living room has comfortable furniture, high-speed internet, and a flat-screen TV with Chromecast, allowing you to stream your own TV services. There is also direct access to the house's terrace with garden furniture. New bathroom with bathtub, shower, and toilet, located on either side of the hallway. The first floor offers two bedrooms, one with a high-quality single bed and one with a high-quality fold-out mattress that sleeps two. The area offers the following, among other things: Indoor pool, open from Easter until week 42. Outdoor pool is open from week 27-32. Common room with table tennis, table football, etc. Laundry facilities available for a fee. There are excellent opportunities for hiking, cycling, mountain biking, and stand-up paddleboarding. There are two good restaurants within a 2-minute walk, one of which offers takeaway. Not available for rental to youth groups or groups of tradespeople. For vacation stays only.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
