Stunning views

Great large 2 bedrooms ! Nice plunge pool to cool off and have a dinner outside with incredible views. Would recommend for small family or 2 couples. Turtles come to visit in the backyard !

St Barth’s excursion

Wonderful property in a great location. The only comment I would make is that only the bedrooms are air conditioned which was fine with us because we kept jumping in the pool.

Great spot.

We really enjoyed our stay here. There's a nice beach just out the door. The villa had everything we needed. I would suggest they invest in a gas grill instead of charcoal. We hope to return.

Beautiful beach and so close to Gustavia

We had a wonderful time at Villa Rosebud and hope to be back! The house is spacious and perfectly located as it is secluded but so close to everything. The beach was paradise. Only wish there was a split AC unit in the center area of the house and not just the bedrooms.

Rosebud in Paradise

We enjoyed the Villa Rosebud immensely! The location was wonderful, so close to the amenities of Gustavia but yet very quiet. Having a beach right outside your door is a rarity on SB, the views, sounds of the waves- all perfect! The beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed and more.

Great location

We could walk to a nearby grocery store to pick up a fresh baguette each day. We could also walk over to the Manapany for coffee or breakfast. We went during the holidays, and we had front row seat to the fireworks. We really enjoyed our trip and hope to return to not only St. Barth, but to Villa Rosebud.

Great House

We stayed in quite a few VRBO’s and Villa Rosebud is one of our favorites so far. It’s a great house in a beautiful spot. Dani was bey nice and extremely helpful. Meeting us at the ferry and going to the rental car office with made our trip much less stressful

Beautiful Home on the beach

This beach home was perfect for my three friends and I. It had plenty of space and all the amenities we needed for our stay. The property manager was nice enough to give us a ride from the ferry and had helpful recommendations for restaurants and activities on the island. Would definitely return!

Great stay!

Villa Rosebud was everything we could have asked for! Very comfortable for a family of four. Dani, the villa manager, was very helpful and kind. She responded right away to every inquiry and a couple of small needs that arose over our 10 day stay. And she even helped transport of bags to and from the airport. Location of the villa is great. Villa is quiet and private. Pool is very nice. Views are wonderful and beds comfortable. Zero complaints. Will definitely stay again and would definitely recommend.

St Barths

Amazing time and I think the owner should highlight the gorgeous almost private beach right outside the back door! Very few properties on the island have beach access. Yes it’s not really a swimming beach but that’s fine my boys loved this the most. They hand swept the beach daily The pool was warm and perfect for our family of four after a long day of shopping. They spray for mosquitos once a week which was great esp since there is a dengue outbreak right now. Lastly Dani was wonderful and made us feel very comfortable. She was very responsive to all questions. The price can’t be beat for this location. The house was immaculate. We can’t wait to return to the property!

Honeymoon in Paradise

This property is a hidden gem on the island! Dani the property manager is amazing. She provided us with information on dining and activities prior to our arrival. She met us at the airport and escorted us to the Villa where she proceeded to show us everything that we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need, including Tupperware! The private plunge pool was just perfect for the two of us and it’s quite private so when in France no bathing suit is required!!! If you prefer the beach, you are steps away which is rare on the island. The location is close to Gustavia, grocery store, airport, and shopping. Our rental car was quite safe in the private parking space proved at Rosebud Villa. Thank you for making us feel so at home and we hope to stay with you again.

Beach front villa

Great location lovely villa with off street parking for 2 cars. We loved this picturesque villa right on the beach. Five minutes drive to the airport- a great place for island exploration in a nice upmarket residential area. Walkable hotel for breakfast or nearby patisserie. 2 spacious air conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, comfortable beds and good storage. Sitting room with dining area and well equipped kitchen. Plunge pool with 4 loungers, patio with bbq grill, outdoor dining table and 5 meter path to secluded beautiful beach. Thoughtful additions include beach umbrellas, pool/ ocean donuts, and beach towels. Friendly helpful host met us at airport. We followed her in our rental car to nearby food store where we picked up a few provisions and then to the charming house. Good wifi and everything you need. Better than pictures. Great find thank you!

Many things in the house need attention

The house was fine but there were many things that need to be changed. The outside tiles by the Pool are the same as inside the house and they cannot be walked on without rubber soles . They need to be changed as they are treacherous to have by the pool and whole outdoor area. When wet they are like an ice skating rink. There is no handrail to get into the pool either so we hardly were using the pool and outdoor area as there were often brief rain showers and that made the tiles even with rubber soles very dangerous. The fans in the bedrooms are only able to be used on a high speed so that is a problem as you feel as though you are in a wind tunnel. The cabinets in one bedroom have magnets on them and you have to be a body builder to open them to get at your clothes. In the other bedroom there are two steps up to the bathroom and no door to the bathroom so you have to leave the lights on at night to see where you are going but the lights are a strip of bright bulbs and so you can’t sleep . There needs to be some kind of night light to Lead you to the bathroom at night. The bedrooms have air conditioning but the living room does not so despite the fact that there is one screen door and an overhead fan the living room dinning room area is too hot during the day and even at night if it is hot outside. This house needs new tiles on the outside of the house and even on the stairs leading from the house to where you park the cars The tiles even on the stairs are very slippery when wet and it rained quite a lot however brief while we were there. On the plus side the beds were comfortable , the kitchen great, we were fine with the location although leaving the little complex of houses to go out to the road there should be a mirror to alleviate the blind spot . Quite dangerous to pull out into the road without having another passenger get out of the car to tell the driver that it is safe to pull out onto the road.
