Vacation apartment in the second row, close to the sea and harbor in Agger. There are parking spaces directly in front of the apartment. Very beautiful and simple furnishings with a maritime touch, conveying a sense of tranquility and vacation atmosphere. The vacation apartment is on two levels and is well equipped with three separate bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed. Two further bedrooms are on the first floor, one with a double bed (120x200 cm) and the other with two single beds that can also be pushed together to form a double bed. Open-plan kitchen/living area with dining and seating area for family life. The kitchen is equipped with a combination oven, among other things. The living room has a sloping ceiling and conveys a wonderful sense of space. There is also plenty of light thanks to the large patio doors. Direct access from the living room to the terrace with dining area and gas grill. The holiday center offers many advantages and activities and is also suitable for families with children. There is a swimming pool (open from the end of June until week 42), sauna, billiards, table tennis, laundromat, playground, mini golf, beach volleyball, petanque, and a restaurant on site. No rentals to youth groups!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
