On a large natural plot just 200 meters from the water in Kærgården is this cottage with a hot tub. The house is brightly decorated with a large window facing the terrace. There are three large bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds, and there is plenty of closet space in all bedrooms. There is both a high chair and cot for the little vacationers. Large, bright, combined living/dining room and kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and ceramic hob. Large, bright living room with direct access to the large, open terrace. The cottage is also equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, DVD player and stereo with CD player. The bathroom has a hot tub for 2 people, underfloor heating and a walk-in shower. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer. Large, open terrace with high-quality garden furniture and a garden barbecue. For younger guests, there is direct access to the lovely shared playground. Not available for youth groupsA refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
