A stone's throw from Marielyst town center, shopping, restaurants, experiences, and one of Denmark's best beaches, this renovated cottage is located at the end of a quiet and closed road. The spacious cottage with indoor spa bath invites you to enjoy many wonderful and cozy moments. The house has two bedrooms with double beds (one of which can be divided into two single beds) and one bedroom with two single beds. In the living room, there is a single bed on a daybed. The house's large bathroom offers, in addition to a toilet and shower with rain shower, a 2-person spa bath. There is another bathroom in the house, with a toilet and shower with rain shower. The kitchen is open plan and includes modern appliances such as a Quooker, a 90 cm induction hob, dishwasher, built-in oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, and freezer. The living room is bright with large sliding doors leading to the house's large terrace and includes a 72 smart TV, wood-burning stove, various games, and a large sofa for relaxing. If you have small children, there are a few toys in the house and a pull-along wagon for free use. The house is insulated for year-round use and has an air-to-air heat pump with cooling for hot summer days. In addition, there is underfloor heating in both bathrooms and a wood-burning stove in the large living room. The house is connected to fiber optic internet, so if you feel like streaming to the house's TV, there is plenty of speed. Outdoors, there are two nice terraces where you can enjoy the sun and peace, barbecue (charcoal grill), and relax.There is a lounge set, two sun loungers, and a dining table with chairs spread across the terraces. On cooler or rainy days, the house's bright conservatory can be used to extend and enjoy both summer and winter evenings in the sofa group or around the dining table. The house has a lovely garden with grass in various areas (sown in autumn 2023). Enjoy the large fire pit in the garden when you want to gather around the fire. Due to the house's quiet location, deer and hares often stop by. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
