An old barn that has been restored and converted into a vacation home, on a 2,000-square-meter property just 2 km from San Gimignano, one of Tuscany’s most visited historic towns, renowned both for the originality and beauty of its towers and for the stunning countryside rich in vineyards where the delicious Vernaccia—an excellent white wine—is produced. Next to the house is a large swimming pool (14 meters by 7 meters) reserved exclusively for guests of the Vecchio Fienile, offering a wonderful view of the countryside from the garden.

A small piece of paradise

A stunning rustic house in the heart of tuscany. The house is simple but has everything you need. Plenty of space and 2 kitchens. 3 showers etc. We could not use the pool because it was covered but it seems to be an excellent addition to the property. The location is unbeatable and the views are like a fairy tale.

Anniversary trip

My husband and I along with my sister and her husband celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary by touring Italy. No trip is complete without visiting Tuscany. One of our stays was here at Intera Casa Vacanze near San Gimignano and it did not disappoint! Very beautiful property. The view was amazing. The apartment was clean and with enough space for not only the four of us but a larger family could fit easily. The host was friendly and communication was very good. I would highly recommend this property.

Das Haus liegt mitten in der toskanischen Landschaft, die Aussicht draußen beim Frühstück oder Mittagessen etc. ist wunderschön. Im Pool, der bestens gepflegt wird, kann man die Türme von San Gimignano sehen. Jedes Problem wurde von den Vermietern sofort oder so schnell wie möglich behoben, bei der Ankunft wurden wir persönlich begrüßt, beide sind supernett. An Geräten ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, in allen Räumen findet man eine Klimaanlage sowie Insektenschutz in den Schlafzimmern. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, sodass unser Hund jederzeit frei laufen konnte. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!!!!

wundervolles Haus mit Charme

Wir hatten die Gelegenheit in dem charmanten Haus von Paola und Daniele 14 wundervolle Tage zu verbringen. Es liegt wunderschön zwischen den Weinbergen im San Gimignano und ist herrlich für Ruhe suchende. Der Pool wird täglich von Daniele gereinigt und ist komplett privat mit Blick in die Toskana. Einfach wundervoll. Vielen Dank an Paola und Daniele für die Herzlichkeit und entspannten Tage. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.
