This cozy one-bedroom apartment is designed for comfort and convenience. It offers a well-organized layout with an open-plan living room and kitchen area, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. As you step into the apartment, you enter the living room, which is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed. This sofa bed can easily accommodate guests, providing a versatile space for relaxation and sleep. The living room also features a coffee table, providing a spot for placing drinks or reading material. The open kitchen is adjacent to the living room and is equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and a sink with a countertop for food preparation. Ample cabinet space allows for the storage of kitchen essentials and utensils. A small dining table or bar-style seating area is available for enjoying meals. The bedroom is a separate and private space designed for rest and relaxation. It typically includes a comfortable queen-sized or double bed, nightstands with reading lamps, and a wardrobe or closet for storing clothing and personal items. Large windows in the bedroom allow natural light to filter in, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The bathroom is designed with functionality in mind and features a shower, a toilet, and a sink with a vanity. It is a compact space but well-appointed for daily hygiene routines.
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 20 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest. Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
