We are located in the town of Belpasso, between Nicolosi and Ragalna, in the province of Catania, on the southwestern slope of Mount Etna, just a stone’s throw from the ETNAPOLIS shopping center and the ETNALAND water park, just a few kilometers from the Rifugio Sapienza ETNASUD station, where the ski slopes and the main nature trails on Mount Etna begin.

The chalet is a charming, two-story cottage in a traditional Canadian style, a detached home with a fully fenced private garden.
Furnished like a typical mountain chalet, it is entirely wood-paneled and features a fireplace. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people with three bedrooms—each with a double bed—on the first floor and a sleeper sofa on the first floor, as well as two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.
On the first floor, a spacious living room—ideal for dining and socializing—adjoins the built-in kitchen. Outside, a charming garden offers the perfect setting for brief yet intimate moments of relaxation while breathing in fresh, clean air.
Our property is ideal for those who want to enjoy a pleasant vacation (Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, Easter, and mid-August) and relax with family, children, or close friends in a quiet and secluded natural setting of incomparable beauty.

We are located within a residential complex of villas called “Residence Quercia d’oro,” featuring an automatic gate, just a few kilometers from the entrance to State Highway 121, which connects the town of Paternò to the city of Catania.
