Sleeping 14 plus cots, this beautiful, historic17th Century Manor House is ideal for glorious gatherings of friends and family. Share the wonderful woodland and grounds, swim in the private pool, eat together on the south facing terrace with fabulous views and create special memories.
Boasting a seasonal outdoor, private swimming pool and views of pool, Le Manoir De St Marcel is a short stroll from the village of Saint-Marcel-du-Périgord, 22 km from Bergerac Train Station and 24 from the airport. Le Manoir gives access to a huge terrace with beautiful views for outside dining. There are darts, ping pong, a communal area, free secure parking and a children's playground. Inside there is free WiFi, English and French TV, Netflix and many books, toys and games.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to cook up a storm for a large party! The coffee machine is a Senseo and there is a kettle, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and washing machine. Towels, swimming towels and bedlinen are included.

Guests at Le Manoir will be able to enjoy our 14 hectares of woodland and beyond, great for walking/hiking and wildlife spotting. In May the wildflowers and butterflies are incredible. Come in September and listen to the deer's mating call, very impressive!! Barbecue facilities are provided and guests can also relax in the garden or go on a picnic to the woodland picnic table. We are close to all the treasures of the Perigord, come for wine tastings, truffles, strawberries, castles and canoeing. Well behaved dogs are welcome.

Château Les Merles Golf Course is 13 km from Le Manoir De St Marcel, while Domaine de la Marterie Golf Course is 21 km from the property.
