Salobre La Tunera: spacious holiday home with infinity pool, terraces and golf course views



Salobre La Tunera is a holiday home designed for outdoor living. Located in the Hills area of Salobre Golf Resort, 300 metres above sea level, it offers open views over the golf course and the mountains of south Gran Canaria.



With 220 m² of living space on a plot of 675 m², this house is a solid option for guests seeking space, privacy and a stay marked by outdoor living. Its different terraces create several places to enjoy the day: breakfast under the covered area, time by the pool, a moment on the balcony or an evening with the golf landscape in the background.



The exterior area gives character to the house. It features a private infinity pool of 10 x 5 metres, garden, sun loungers, parasol, outdoor dining area, covered terrace of 50 m², sunny terrace of 35 m², outdoor shower and parking. The pool has 1.40 metres depth, features Roman steps and uses a salt water electrolysis system for natural water chlorination.



Inside, the layout works well for families or groups of adults. The living room, dining room and kitchen form the social hub of the house, with Smart TV, air conditioning with cooling and heating, and easy connection with the outdoor spaces.



The house has 4 bedrooms and capacity for 8 adults + 3 children under 2 years old. Three bedrooms include en-suite bathroom with shower, Smart TV, air conditioning with hot and cold, and fan. Two of these bedrooms have a double bed of 180 x 200 cm, whilst the third has two single beds. The fourth bedroom also has two single beds, Smart TV, air conditioning with hot and cold, and fan. There is also a bathroom with shower and a guest toilet with access from the pool terrace.



The house is equipped for a comfortable stay, with unlimited Wi-Fi, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, safe, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee makers, juicer, blender, toaster and sandwich maker. The utility room also has an additional fridge and freezer.



La Tunera also offers a valuable sustainable feature: the property is energy self-sufficient thanks to its solar panels and includes an electric car charger.



Electric pool heating is available for an additional cost and can reach approximately 26–28 °C. Gas barbecue is also available for an additional cost.



Your booking includes bed linen, towels, pool towels, final cleaning, mid-stay cleaning for stays of more than 8 nights, pool cleaning twice a week, garden maintenance twice a week and a welcome package with food and drinks.



Staff accommodation may be available upon request.



No pets allowed.

Not available for groups of young people.
