Salobre La Tunera: spacious holiday home with infinity pool, terraces and golf course views



Salobre La Tunera is a holiday home made for outdoor living. Located in the Hills area of Salobre Golf Resort, 300 metres above sea level, it offers open views across the golf course and the mountains of southern Gran Canaria.



With 220 m² of living space on a 675 m² plot, this home is a strong choice for guests looking for space, privacy and a stay shaped by the outdoors. Its different terraces create several places to enjoy the day: breakfast under the covered area, time by the pool, a moment on the balcony or an evening with the golf landscape in the background.



The outdoor area gives the house its character. It features a 10 x 5 metre private infinity pool, garden, sun loungers, parasol, outdoor dining area, 50 m² covered terrace, 35 m² sun terrace, outdoor shower and parking. The pool is 1.40 metres deep, has Roman steps and uses a saltwater electrolysis system for natural water chlorination.



Inside, the layout works well for families or adult groups. The living, dining and kitchen area forms the social centre of the house, with Smart TV, air conditioning with cooling and heating, and an easy connection to the outdoor spaces.



The house has 4 bedrooms and capacity for 8 adults + 3 children up to 2 years old. Three bedrooms include an en-suite bathroom with shower, Smart TV, air conditioning with cooling and heating, and a fan. Two of these bedrooms have a 180 x 200 cm double bed, while the third has two single beds. The fourth bedroom also has two single beds, Smart TV, air conditioning with cooling and heating, and a fan. There is also one bathroom with shower and one guest toilet with access from the pool terrace.



The house is equipped for a comfortable stay, with unlimited Wi-Fi, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, safe, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machines, juicer, blender, toaster and sandwich maker. The utility room also has an extra fridge and freezer.



La Tunera also offers a valuable sustainable feature: the property is energy self-sufficient thanks to its solar panels and includes an electric car charger.



Electric pool heating is available at an additional cost and can reach approximately 26–28 °C. The gas barbecue is also available at an additional cost.



Your booking includes bed linen, towels, pool towels, final cleaning, mid-stay cleaning for stays of more than 8 nights, pool cleaning twice a week, garden maintenance twice a week and a welcome package with food and drinks.



Staff accommodation may be available on request.



Pets are not allowed.

Not available for groups of young people.

Security deposit: €500.00.

Smoking is not allowed except in the outdoor areas.
