A wonderful villa

This villa is wonderful. It is decorated to a high standard. The location is perfect being close to the Milady beach, shops and Biarritz itself. Keyweek staff are always helpful and very efficient. We love this place and will be back

A Lovely place to stay near Milady Beach

Lovely property with views over the distant sea. Ideal if you don't want to be in the middle of busy Bizaritz but a nice walk away. Milady beach is also great for surfing and body boarding and it's just a short walk away from the house so ideal! Would recommend the restaurant on Milady Beach - excellent food and wine. Keyweek were very helpful and responsive when we had a few issues over the house and tried to resolve them quickly.

Wonderful location and has potential to be great... BUT...

Overall, disappointed as there were a few things that detracted from our experience in the property. The main blind in the master bedroom had been completely removed. Therefore we did not have any blinds to reduce the sunlight in the morning. It meant no sleep ins... The bathroom light in the second bedroom was not functioning. My elderly parents were staying there and we had to set them up with a lamp in the bathroom as an alternative. Both of these issues were flagged to the property manager and they didn't come to fix the issues until our last day in the property. By this stage we said not to bother! Disappointing for the price. Not the experience I was expecting from this callaber of propety.

Tolles Ferienhaus, wunderschön gelegen, doch leider etwas zu weit zu Fuß um mal eben zur Stadtmitte zu gelangen. „Französische Sauberkeit“.

The villa was beautiful , the location perfect and the team welcoming and helpful

My family and I really enjoyed this beautiful villa. The facilities were excellent. The beds comfortable and the bedding of high quality. Every modern convenience. The views from the living room and decking areas were wonderful and the nearby Milady beach a gentle stroll away with excellent restaurants. Biarritz was a 10 minute drive providing wonderful amenities. We will be back!!

Vacances de rêve

Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans cette merveilleuse villa fonctionnelle. l'accueil et le suivi de la société Keyweek qui gère la villa fut parfait. La villa est très bien placée que ce soit pour aller à Biarritz sans trop d'embouteillages à cette période et les plages sont à moins de 5 minutes en voiture. Un conseil, réservez une table au Blue Cargo pour bénéficier du service voiturier toute la journée. Seul bémol au niveau de la villa, le voisin d'en dessous qui n'apprécie guère les enfants qui jouent dans la piscine mais il parait qu'il fait le coup à tous les locataires. En bref, je relouerai cette villa avec grand plaisir.

Does exactly what it says on the tin ...

Great house, great location ... we have been going to Biarritz for about 15 years and have stayed in different villas, using different agents ... we have already booked this villa again for 2017, which says it all. Expensive, but quality always costs and Keyweek make it easy.

comfortable with gorgeous views

The property is just as it looks in the picture. Plenty of space, although some beds downstairs are a bit small and not really suitable for 2 tall teenage boys sharing a bed. The kitchen was very well equipped. We were there in the middle of a mini heatwave and as the property has no aircon it was extremely hot. However, one call to the agency and 5 fans were delivered to help us sleep at night. Great service. The agency also helped us with booking activities, restaurants and transport. They were extremely knowledgable and helpful. We will come back!

Séjour parfait !!

Nous étions venu entre filles pour un pont de mai !! Notre séjour s'est super bien passé , nous avons apprécié l'accueil personnalisé de Keyweek ( coffret fois gras et bouteille de vin) !! Grégoire nous avait mis à dispo des petit guide sur la région et ce que nous pouvions faire aux alentours car parisienne dans l'âme nous étions un peu perdu !! top !! Villa magnifique , vu imprenable , un coin de paradis et de détente !! Nous ne regrettons pas notre weekend et reviendrons avec plaisir toujours pour un petit weekend entre fille:) !! Comme disent nos ados "une maison trop ouf"!

Une maison magnifique, neuve et tres bien équipée, avec vue superbe sur la mer, au milieu des pins, à 2 pas de la plage de Milady. Et pas loin du Blue cargo, lieu de ralliement des soirées pour nos grands ados. Piscine chauffée, deck tellement agreable qu'on l'a parfois préféré à la plage. Plein de détails agréables : musique sur le deck, eclairage bien pensé,déco soignée, TV et systèmes hifi top, cadeau et bouteille de bienvenue. L'équipe de l'agence nous a aussi bien conseillé sur les restaus à ne pas louper, les bars sympas...le club de surf en bas à Milady est aussi très sympa. Bref, on reviendra!

Nach einer erholsamen Nacht in einem dieser phantastischen Zimmern weckt mich die Musik aus dieser perfekt abgestimmten Bose-Anlage. Begleitet von der Tagesschau im TV erledige ich Toilette im Zimmer-eigenen Bad. Die Croissants und Kaffee duften schon vom der sonnigen Morgen-Terrasse. Einkauf für den ganzen Tag in den Halles-de Biarritz mit einzigartigem kulinarischen Angebot Ein kurzes Bad im Pool und ab mit dem Velo zum Surfen. Beim Apero im Garten erholen wir uns am Pool und freuen uns auf ein tolles znacht aus der perfekt eingerichteten Küche. Jederzeit ist die charmante Filipa erreichbar und hilft Dir bei der Organisation Deiner Exkursionen oder hilft bei kleinen Problemchen. Dies ist bei einem so umfangreich eingerichteten Ferienhaus wirklich sehr dienlich. Milady - ein Ferienhaus erster Güte, an wunderschöner Lage, ein Haus in dem es an nichts fehlt. "Biarritz liegt dir zu Füssen"! Lieben Dank an das ganze Team freundliche Grüsse Matthias
