Cosy house with rustic details recently renovated for every day of the year with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
On the ground floor is the cosy kitchen/living/dining room.
On the first floor there is one of the bedrooms: with two single beds and the bathroom.
On the first floor there is another bedroom with two single beds and a beautiful ceiling with wooden beams.
The house is situated in Beznar, a village in the Lecrin Valley, a unique place located 25 minutes from Granada and the Alhambra, 25 minutes from the beach and 60 minutes from the ski resort of Sierra Nevada. An absolutely marvellous place situated to the southwest of the Sierra Nevada and known for the impressive contrast of the green of the mountains with the thousands of orange trees in the valley.
The house is only a 5 minute drive from the motorway, which gives very good access to the beaches of Motril in the direction of the coast or on the other side to Granada in only 25 minutes.
