Villa Delmeza is an attractive, semi-detached villa in a super location, just 10 minutes’ walk from Puerto Calero offering a stylish marina with cocktail bars, seafront restaurants and high-end shops to tempt you. The villas has bright and airy interiors with quality furnishings and beautiful sea views from the first floor terrace. The enticing private pool and a generous terrace for sunbathing elevates and completes the experience of the villa. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/ heating in the lounge and bedrooms are included.

Villa Delmeza has an enviable position being only 10 minutes’ stroll downhill to Puerto Calero Marina. There are several stylish shops, seafront eateries and chic bars here to try. Known as one of Lanzarote’s smaller resorts, Puerto Calero has a relaxing ambience where you can admire impressive yachts while sipping on cocktails in the attractive marina. Just over a 10 minute drive away you will find Puerto del Carmen with its sandy coastline and beach amenities, and if you enjoy a livelier resort, Puerto del Carmen provides entertaining nightlife and late night bars and restaurants.
