Villa Alicia with private heated pool between volcanoes and the ocean-pure relaxation!

Villa Alicia: Located in Playa Blanca (Lanzarote), in the southern part of the island, between volcanoes and the Atlantic Ocean, it offers a striking contrast between volcanic rock and sandy beaches of unforgettable colors. Villa Alicia is set on a completely private property, seamlessly integrating its various spaces: living room, kitchen, two spacious terraces separated from one another—one with a private heated outdoor pool and the other offering a great spot for sunbathing or a safe area where children can play away from the pool.

Villa Alicia enjoys an ideal location in the southern part of Lanzarote. It features a modern design and is spacious and bright, offering free fiber-optic Wi-Fi, a safe, and private parking.

It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; one of the bedrooms is an en suite with a 1.60 × 2.00 double bed, a private bathroom, and a private terrace, while the other bedroom has two 90 × 2.00 single beds and opens onto the pool terrace and the bathroom, offering comfort and privacy to all guests.

Outside, the villa features a private heated pool measuring 9 meters long × 6 meters wide, a chill-out area, a barbecue area, and a spacious garden with lounge chairs, where you can enjoy the mild climate our island offers year-round.

The cleanliness and tidiness of Villa Alicia are our top priority.

What an amazing Villa experience. Christhian is very friendly and an excellent host, with regular and thorough updates both prior and during our stay. Villa Alicia is exactly as it looks in the photos (which isn’t always the case when booking a villa). The pool and entertaining area was perfect for our young family to enjoy. The pool is heated, which makes a big difference. This was our 6th holiday to Playa Blanca, and our 5th Villa stay. Villa Alicia was by far the best. Situated in a quiet residential area further out of Playa Blanca centre, but still very accessible to the main tourist hub via the No.30 bus which runs every 30 mins. We had a very relaxing 2 weeks, and can’t recommend this villa and its host highly enough.

We had an amazing stay at this villa and couldn't recommend it more highly. The host was excellent from start to finish, sending us lots of helpful information before we arrived, which made everything so smooth and stress-free.The villa itself was beautiful, incredibly spacious, and had everything we needed. The outdoor area was fantastic, with a huge pool that enjoyed sunshine all day – the perfect place to relax. It was also in a great location, within easy walking distance of the beach, as well as plenty of bars and restaurants. We were welcomed with a lovely gift on arrival, including fresh fruit, wine, and, as a wonderful surprise, a delicious birthday cake for me. It was such a thoughtful touch and made our stay even more special.A truly fantastic villa with an exceptional host. We would definitely love to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday.

Lovely villa, very clean. Kitchen is well stocked with gadgets. Beds very comfy. Heated pool was a real joy. On arrival there was fruit and wine and a cake for my husbands birthday, very thoughtful Located about a 7min walk to local shops/ restaurants. The Port of Call's food was delicious, worth a visit! Villa did not have aircon but there were fans and a welcome breeze. Cristian the host is very attentive, we had a minor problem with the electricity supply, he sent out an technician straight away and problem was resolved very quickly and it didn't impact our holiday one bit. We will definitely be back really enjoyed our stay.

This was the best villa we have stayed in yet, the pictures show a true reflection of the standard of this villa. It is modern, well equipped - for example had 3 coffee machines and a sandwich maker. It had a lovely homely feel to it, with throws and rugs and the washing machine was excellent. The welcome pack was fantastic but also great to find kitchen roll, bin bags, washing powder etc which made life so much easier. The host was brilliant, kept us up date with everything, was really helpful and professional and genuinely a pleasure to deal with. As a family we loved this villa and will most definitely be returning.

The villa was very clean, well equipped and a lovely fruit platter and bottle of fizz had been left to greet us. There were cleaning and laundry products that were immensely useful and something that not all hosts provide. Christhian could not have been a more responsive host, answering all our messages extremely quickly. The area was peaceful and safe. One thing we felt had not been highlighted enough in the advertising was that there is an excellent range of good quality restaurants within very easy walking distance of the villa. We did not go into Playa Blanca to eat even once. We will be back, for sure!

We can’t praise this villa, its facilities and host support enough. The villa is beautiful, with excellent facilities both inside and outside. The kitchen in particular was excellent, with everything you really need to be able to cook in the villa when not going out. The bathrooms were clean, with such excellent touches which included hand soap and shower gel ! - whilst these may seem minor they really do make all the difference, very much home from home.More than enough sun loungers, chairs and eating facilities outside too. We were welcomed with a bottle of fizz and a huge bowl of fruit which again was lovely and such a thought out touch.Communication from the host was superb, fromChecking Ed had everything we needed, to notifying us when the pool ma would arrive. We will definitely be returning to the villa for sure.

Firstly must mention this is one of many stays on the island and villa allicia goes on top of our list.Property itself well equipped like home cleanliness was exceptional comfort of seating area throughout property pool area spacious with loads of seating areas. The night time outside lighting amazing to chill at night.Owner was extremely helpful to answer any questions promptly in which we only had to communicate with him once with a quick response. To be honest my only critic just being me is that the tv didn't have no English channels in fact no channels at all apart from your normal online streaming but this did not spoil our stay.Exceptional and my returns to this property is in September and cant wait to return. Thanks for all owner.Oh one final thing the welcome pack of a bowl of fresh fruit and a bottle of cava in ice bucket was so appreciated and thoughtful.

Our host, Christhian, was exceptional and went above and beyond his remit. We were sent clear directions to the villa before our arrival and kept up to date with dates and times for cleaners and pool person. Christhian left a wonderful welcome pack with snacks and wine, fresh fruit, flowers and scented candle. Everything was very welcoming! Christian even noticed that it was my husbands birthday while we were there and there was a bottle of wine and birthday cheesecake delivered to the house. Exceptional service and thoughtfulness, thank you very much! The villa was superb and very clean and welcoming. Very comfortable and all the amenities we needed. It is in a quiet area and very private. Location was ideal with a parade of restaurants within walking distance and it was a 5 minute walk to the coastal path all very accessible. We had a fabulous holiday there and will certainly book the villa again on our next visit. Many thanks to Christhian and the team of workers. You made our holiday!
